I cannot recommend Steven from Goodfellas Pest Management enough! I was honestly stressed out dealing with a mouse problem, and he came in and handled EVERYTHING. He was professional, knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to. He explained what was going on, what he was doing, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right, not just getting in and out. After his service, I immediately felt a difference — no more stress, no more worrying. If you need pest control, Steven is definitely your guy!

Over the summer, Steven ended a very stubborn mouse problem my mother had after having worked with a handful of other exterminators. He thoroughly inspected her apartment and then carefully addressed all possible entry points. I contacted him when I saw a mouse in my apartment, and again he was thorough and got the job done!! It’s a great feeling to have an exterminator I can trust will do quality work.

Look out Spider-Man, New York’s got a new friendly neighborhood superhero! But seriously, Steven is a pro— super knowledgeable, kind, and very patient. I called for help with a yellow jacket infestation in my new sublet— couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat, couldn’t work, couldn’t convince the super that it was a real problem— even after showing him the 20+ dead yellow jackets I’d killed over the past couple days. Steven came out as soon as he had a moment. He took his time to do the job right. He even walked me though his process as he went because he could tell how on edge the I was from the last few days. He genuinely cared. I know it’s pest control, but I’m about to get sappy: You can tell he enjoys helping people and that he understands these are our homes— and we deserve to feel comfortable in them. Steven from good fellas helped us with the roaches and various pest problems in our apartment. He listened to our concerns and examined the perimeter. He proceeded to tell us the course of action he would take. (The materials he would use- gel, spray etc…) He was very clear, kind, and gave advice on what we can do to help ourselves with this problem. Steven was even so kind as to close up some holes we had.
