I had use this company for 5 years. I had a water pipe break in my house and couldn’t live there for 1 year while it was getting renovated. I paid Tim 1,200 for the year and before I moved back into my home when it was done being renovated I called Tim and asked him to come and lay mouse traps. I explained what happened to my home and he said I needed to pay again. I told him I didn’t use the service the last time I paid and he said sorry that’s not how we operate. This was the first time in using Pestrol. Manny the owner was wonderful to deal with in explaining their company and how they operated. The plan I choose to keep my home free of pests was very affordable and yet very comprehensive! The two young men who came to the house were fine young men. Pestrol was amazing. I called in with an emergency and they at first said it would take about a week but after explaining the severity of the situation they managed to get someone to come out to check it out and do a general spray. Then the person who came to help not only was nice but was very informative. He told me everything he thought about the situation and how he was going to fix it, he also ended up being a cool guy, 10/10 experience would recommend
I call Tim Mills every time I need pest control, I have them on speed dial because not only do they always, underlining always, answer the phone when I call but they usually get the job done same day and I don’t usually have to be there. They know what they’re doing and they always get the job done right the first time! No more Yellow Jackets, same day relief!!! Call them next time you need expert assistance in real time!

Howie is my favorite Pest Technician! I wish he would be able to service ALL of the properties I manage. Unfortunately, he is only one person and can’t spread himself over three different counties lol.He takes the time to go through each unit and gives his feedback on what can be done to keep the pests away! This company is very fortunate to have someone who cares so much!
