We are newer residents to Orleans county having recently moved from the suburbs to the country! Logan was the only provider who returned my call promptly and even schedule our appointment way faster than expected !!! Excellent customer service - the kind you rarely see anymore. Logan took the time to explain our options and even considered the safety of our pets. He patiently answered our other non related service questions, and educated us on other local nuisance pests and what services he offers . I am allergic to bee stings and he removed the issue same day and late evening at that. will 100% be using him again for preventative spraying and if something comes up again.

Very thankful for his services, he is quick to respond, extremely knowable and very personable. Takes the time to explain how and why his treatments work the way they do. Logan pet solutions was great called one afternoon he was able to get out the next day for a huge Hornet's Nest in our chimney the guys prices were more than reasonable he was on time and took our care of our problem in no time I could not recommend this guy more. After he was done working getting rid of the nest he even went into the basement and vacuumed up dead hornets that were in one of our rooms without us even asking I mean who does that. This guy was fantastic and I could not appreciate him more. You won't regret having this gentleman out for any problem you have.
