I cannot begin to tell you how frustrating this was becoming. It wasn't until I found this local place and made a phone call that I felt like I was being guided in the right direction. Mike offered his knowledge and his advice, and it definitely eased the stress. It's not often you find places that genuinely care about their neighbors, and aren't out to make a big profit over helping. Can't recommend this place enough.

I read good reviews about Mike and went to the store. From the first time, I loved his excellent service. It's the first time I've encountered someone like him in this country—respectful, knowledgeable, and with good prices. The only downside is the bathroom and the general state of the store, which are run-down. But overall, I 100% recommend him. There's nothing better than having a reliable person who represents your company so well.

I told them what my issue was and they offered a 2 product attack plan AND IT CLEARED UP THE PROBLEM. Don't think twice these guys won't upsell you. They are honest and know what they are doing!

What’s especially great about this place is the young man “Mike” who basically runs the place. He always goes the extra mile to help out the customers with his patience, knowledge, experience and kindness. Not to mention, the prices are fairly reasonable as well. Would recommend if you’re looking for pest control materials to stop in and check it out. They also take cash or card.
