I can't say enough good things about Ciciarelli Wildlife Solutions. Daniel came out promptly and came up with a fair quote. He cleaned up our attic after we had a bat problem. I wish we had taken before and after photos....the difference is astonishing. He made sure to thoroughly disinfect everything so that it's now safe for us to go up into our attic again. Had a fantastic experience with Ciciarelli Wildlife Solutions! Had a problem with bats hiding behind a chimney that was taken down. Daniel came right over, assessed the situation (had all the tools including a scope to get into tight areas) and we were able to resolve the situation quickly. Good job, was here multiple times to see if we caught the pesky red squirrel who found a way into the walls. We never did catch him, but they did plug his entry way into the walls of the house.

Awesome and amazing company! Daniel came out, assessed my bat issue, investigated whether they had gone into my attic, came up with a humane solution, and implemented it - by waiting and watching for all of the bats to leave. He returned to verify that the bats were gone, and he fixed/repaired potential access points into my attic, and filled the holes in the siding after he removed the shutters (which was where the bats made their home). Daniel also discussed ways and things I could do to prevent the bats from returning. Ciciarelli Wildlife Solutions went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend them for their integrity, care, humane treatment, attention to details, knowledge, and experience! And, not just with bats. You can't go wrong with Ciciarelli.

Dan is amazing, he’s patient and as tenacious as a bulldog. He has been searching for ways the red squirrels are getting in to my 1840’s house. A thorough inspection of the roof and foundation was first, then into the stone built basement and the crawlspaces accessible through old holes through the walls and low crawling through. Cameras set and inspected daily, (7 days a week)along with a combination of kill and live traps. 3 days later 1 trapped , but we could still hear them running in the ceiling. 5 more days and we’re pretty sure we found the entrance. Dan has pictures of him in the ceiling last night, he closed off the entrance point from outside with metal and wait for tonight. Red squirrels are as tenacious as Dan, but he won’t stop until he gets them all. The age of this house makes this a particularly difficult problem. And for the record, he has not asked for payment of his quoted price yet, the jobs not done yet. Dan is a “stand up guy” , worth every penny, and I really hope I never need him again, but won’t hesitate to call him. Update - 5+ weeks later Dan came to inspect, adjust traps, change baits, crawl through 1840 stone foundation walls and helping to seal the foundation access points every day, 7 days a week. The job expanded to include a woodchuck that had an extensive burrow under the house and he live caught A skunk and opossum while working on Chuck. At this point I haven’t heard the red squirrels in my ceiling for 3 or 4 days. They were a daily presence like clockwork, so regular we joked he was punching in for work around 11am and punching out at 8…a long work day. I also have no sign of them spreading nuts or dropping ceiling insulation in the basement. So I’m calling this a win. To guarantee they never get back in through my 180 yr old stone foundation is impractical, but I now know all of my weak spots and have good access points to place traps and bait on my own. Great job, the right price quoted and no surprises. I recommend Dan Ciciarelli Wildlife Solutions for any nuisance problems - bats, skunks, squirrels, woodchucks. He identifies the problem, searches for the entry points and doesn’t quit until the problem is eliminated and customer happy. I’m HAPPY :)

Dan was great at removing a very determined groundhog that appeared in my yard… he knew their habits and came by daily to adjust things and observe…he was easy to reach and very affordable…it took 5 days, as he predicted it might, to finally convince this little guy to sample the bait…great small business😊😊

Daniel responded right away and has been tirelessly working to find a bat that went into my HVAC system! He identified entry points into my home where critters could come in and offered bat proofing solutions. This is an honest young man who was raised well, is ethical and will do the job right. August is bat season so call Daniel if you have an issue.

What a great experience! We had seen some small birds entering a vent off our attic and knew we needed professional help. Unfortunately, many of the companies were unable to help as they aren’t licensed in Onondaga County to tackle nuisance pests! That’s when we found Ciciarelli! Daniel was able to come out almost immediately, and had our pest situation pinpointed and addressed before I could think twice! He was able to identify the species of bird, plan the best plan of action, effectively trap and eliminate the problem. BUT IT DIDN'T STOP THERE! After eliminating my bird issue Daniel capped the vent with a cage to keep more birds out, COMPLETELY cleaned the attic, AND installed a new vent pipe! Literally a ONE STOP SHOP! Don’t waste your time calling anybody but Ciciarelli! They’re the best around!
