I retained the services of Rat Trap Distribution in March and have two of their units on my property, as there is construction nearby and we were being overrun with rats. The regular little black glue traps were just not working. These Rat Trap Distribution traps are a lifesaver! I was skeptical at first, as they had to wait about ten days to see that the rats were eating the bait around and at the top of the unit (where the trap door is). Naturally, I was anxious to start it up right away, but the tech explained to me that they need to get the rats comfortable with it before activating. After they activated it, I was amazed! In about two weeks' time we had 10 in one trap and 14 in the other. They send a service technician once a month to clean out what was caught, take away the dead rodents, and they reset the machine. On the second month visit just at the end of April, we had 11 or 12 in one machine and 9 in the other. The construction is still ongoing, but I feel more at ease knowing that I have these traps on my property that are luring and eliminating these rodents. I highly recommend these traps and this service. They are professional and trustworthy...and they are definitely catching these rats!!!!
