I am very happy with their fantastic service especially representative Jaiden. Jaiden idenrified 4 new rodent nests and treated all nests and strategically placed four poision controlled traps on my property and four on my neighbor's by their garbage can stand. I tip my hat to owner of NuBorn Pest Control Joel. Joel provided a solution that we followed for a few months and today I AM HAPPY TO SAY THE RODENTS ARE GONE!. WE ARE VERY HAPPY!. THANK YOU JOEL!

Julio is incredible. So thoughtful about application. I have a young son, so this was a big concern with me. He is also thorough and patient about answering all my questions. Easy 5 stars because of his service. I'm a little worried about getting the AI treatment after becoming a customer, and back office support in general, but I've been able to push through that automated service and speak to a human relatively quickly when I've called. Will update if anything changes!

We had ants. They came out to spray for a pretty penny -- $350. They said it might take 2 weeks to reach the full effect. We waited longer than that but the ants were still going strong. They came back to spray again. We waited more than 2 weeks again. We still had ants. Finally we spent $14 on Amazon to buy some traps, boom, ants gone almost immediately. We've now called 5 times to ask for a refund. We are always told that the manager is on a call or busy, but that we'll "get a call back no later than x time." That time always comes and goes with no return call. We paid $350 for nothing. Save yourself the money and just buy some cheap traps on Amazon. Edit to add: Another manager/supervisor wrote to apologize and offered a refund, which was appreciated.

We dropped $350 on treatment for ant problem. An ant guy came (twice, and we waited 2+ weeks after each visit as recommended), but the ants were still in full force. We then bought a $14 ant trap from Amazon which took care of them quickly. We explained this experience to NuBorn and asked nicely for a partial refund, and they put us through a truly labyrinthine "reimbursement process" (a dozen phone calls, a dozen promises for a call back that were unreturned, a mandatory "assessment" of our home which was now devoid of ants or treatments so unclear what they would even be assessing) before we threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau, at which point we were referred to a manager who finally offered a very generous full refund. The manager was great and the refund was more than we were expecting, but the full experience is one I would not repeat. Next time I'll just buy a trap on Amazon.

More like “Stillborn”. Called for an estimate, and received a hefty one with no guarantees attached to it. However, I never received the follow-up call by a supervisor (nearly two days and counting) to answer my specific questions and concerns before splurging on their services. As a result, I went elsewhere.

Not even one star! Bad service!

Called this morning for a quote. They quote on the entire size of the house even though I’ve got a tiny basement, garage, attic and the exterior perimeter where the bait traps are placed. They are not placed in every square foot of the house. Therefore, I was quoted an inflated price

I had scheduled a date for NuBorn to come to my apartment for an ongoing mouse issue. Not only did I block off around a 3 hr time slot in the middle of the day (the most unaccommodating time), but the company also decided that they weren’t going to show up that day. The company responded to this issue quite quickly via email, but at the end of the day, it’s just unacceptable. Also, the man who came to our apartment the next day was friendly and well-informed, and placed 2 small cube-like shapes of mouse poison in our kitchen. However, he apologized as he did not have any traps left (the sticky traps used to catch the mice). What exterminator shows up to an apartment looking to rid the place of mice without mice traps?? The most unprepared and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with.

Do not use Nuborn Pest Control services. It's a scam. They came to my house ONCE about 5 years ago & I paid them in full. Ever since then, they keep sending bills to my house charging for services I never received. Claiming that a technician comes to my house yearly which again they only came once and I still had a pest problem after that. When I tried to complain about it, the phone operator was very rude and never resolved my issue, never got a call back like promised so I'm never using or recommend anybody to waste their time with these scammers.
