Negative stars...... they are very unprofessional. Never deliver what they say. I paid them 7000 to get rid of bedbugs. They told me so many things that they will do heat treatment... and chemical treatment and they will bring canine to check for remaining bedbugs. All crap. They give us 6 months warranty. There was reduct in bedbugs but it was never completely finished. After 6 months they told us to get their monthly subscription. i got the monthly plan and still had no solution. They are not

We saw a few ants and immediately started asking friends and family for exterminator recommendations. My parents have experience with Skyway so we gave them a call and the positive experience started from the first phone call. The woman who answered the phone answered my questions and made a recommendation based on our issue, crawling bugs and not flying blood sucking bloods. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Skyway Pest Management. Called them 2 weeks ago, we were seeing yellowjackets that we couldn’t get rid of ourselves. They came the same day to treat the issue. They were coming from a nest in the wall and there were a lot so they told us they may need another treatment. We called again about stragglers and they came the same day. Supervisor also came to check and provide additional support. Really happy with the service and the customer service. Hi
