Norman did a fantastic job of relocating a red squirrel family from our attic last year. As they tore up a lot of insulation, Norman did a super efficient job of cleaning up the mess before the cold weather sets in. Highly recommended!

Stopped yes actually STOPPED the mice from coming. The only company that does a real exclusion and stands behind their work. After first exclusion attempt failed they honored warranty and came back and found problem and fixed for no extra charge. Yes it was expensive but better to pay up front and actually solve the problem vs typical pest control companies who make continuous money by NOT solving the problem. Recommend highly for both high quality of work and for honoring a one year warranty. Easy to work with and nice folks.

WOW!!! I am very impressed with Norman's sincere effort to help remedy my critter problem. Unlike the many other companies that I called, he was local (only ten minutes away) and showed up in less than 24 hours!! The other businesses were giving me a week waiting time, with people located in various parts of the world; convoluted scheduled appointments and not actually doing any work. Norman answered my phone call (no leave a message/no pressing of buttons)... a real live capable caring person ready to solve problems and at a fair price!! We have worked with Critterex on a couple of projects in the past year. First it was getting rid of bats in our attic. Then it was removing a squirrel nest from our chimney and then adding protective steel screening to the chimney top. Nothing but positives all around. Great work all around!

Norman from Critterex solved a difficult problem for us. Yellow Jackets had built a nest in the top floor ceiling of our house with entry through a tiny hole in the second story eve. The first try didn't work, so he came out two more times to blow a non-toxic powder into the nesting area. He was patient, confident, and is a real pro. He uses non-toxic pesticides which is great, especially in the house. We will not hesitate to call him if we have any other critter problems!

I had a very large rat snake that wove itself in and around my outdoor lattice. Critterex was able to get to my home within 30 minutes of my call (as promised) to efficiently and safely remove “Mr. Slither”. Caleb was kind and professional and within minutes bagged this creature. He reassured me it would continue to live and be relocated miles away from my home.

Norman did a truly impressive job in capturing a large Eastern rat snake we had on our roof (see video if you can handle seeing snakes…). He was quick and very responsive even at the end of the day. He also provides other maintenance pest services that seem like valuable options. We would definitely use him again!

CrittereX helped seal up our home from pests in a professional and timely manner. They also came immediately when we called about some snakes inside of our home. They were able to search our home to find and catch the snakes that were there. I highly recommend this service for any pests you may encounter in your home.

Highly recommend Critterex. A squirrel was attempting to get into my house via the upper siding. I called Norman, and the next morning he came to the house and sealed up where it was trying to get in. Great job!! Once again, I highly recommend Critterex!! A groundhog decided to live under my back porch rent free, lol!! I called Norman and he very thoroughly explained the wildlife removal/exclusion process. Daniel did an amazing job of setting up the galvanized fencing, and sealing up a couple of holes in the masonry, and also on the kick plate of the porch step. He also was great about answering any questions I had!!
