Had some concerns after our spraying,Our technician, made a personal stop to explain what was done, he was so helpful and explained where he sprayed, and very neat doing the spraying , very nice and overall am very happy with the job that was done. Thank you Rodney!

Great customer service, friendly staff and their product works. Not a single cluster fly at the house this year and our camp two years in a row has had no bees or spiders. Very reasonably priced, especially for a house a camp and a large pole barn. If you have any issues with the bugs they sprayed for they will come back at no charge but we haven't ever had to call back! Highly recommend!

I've been using these guys for over 5 years without an incident. This year, there was a slight miscommunication. Critters immediately followed up and resolved the situation. I'm happy to continue working with them.

I originally called for help with a carpenter ant issue but ended up going with the Spring package, which also covered spiders and bees. Our technician, Leon, was fantastic—very polite, knowledgeable, and easygoing. The customer service reps were also a pleasure to work with—friendly, helpful, and understanding. Overall, a great experience! We’ll definitely be signing up for the Spring package every year from now on.

I called Tuesday morning and received a scheduled appt for Friday of the same week. Not only did they act fast, Steve made sure to double check after the treatment if the hornets were gone. He even was able to remove the nest from the shed completely.

We get bee prevention and mosquito treatment every year from Critter Ridders, not sure exactly how many years, but definitely more than 5 years. We've only had to call them for 1 sneaky bees nest. But they came out, calmed me down (severely allergic to bees), and took care of it immediately! I love them, and will be continuing to use their service!

I completed their online form as they encouraged and submitted it on Monday, 6.9.25. I haven't heard from them yet.

Eric was very knowledgeable. Its been 4 weeks since he sprayed the house. They have great customer service over all. I am definitely getting it done every year. Its totally worth it.

They come when they say they're coming, do the job and leave. We don't see many bees all summer. We might get one or two on our deck during the summer but they leave us alone.

I am SO impressed w Critter Ridder and especially Leon✨This service has saved me from so much distress in trying to keep up w major mice infestation. Until I contacted them, I had been having such serious issues & the situation was out of my control. Everyone I spoke to was kind. Gave me a time frame of 8-10am and showed up right at 8am! Explained things to me and took care of the issue with as little disruption to my home as possible. Would highly recommend them!

He came on time, he was extremely versed in his knowledge of what, how, if and why with the questions I had regarding the application of treating the wasp nests. One application is all that has been needed thus far and there seems to be no reactivation activity of the very active nests I had. Eric was supportive and friendly in his nature. Outstanding service! This company truly believe in satisfying their customers. Each years we get our house sprayed for bees. We have done this for 15 years. Only twice have we called due to a bee issue and they came to our house within one day to take care of the issue. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Love Critter Ridders! One of my favorite family run local businesses. They are always there when I need them. When I bought my house it had a mouse problem, they solved it. More recently I had a contractor leave a drop cloth on my porch. Wasps took up residence in it and I found out when I went to move it and got stung. When I called, Amy got me the soonest appointment possible, and Eric Hofsmmer saved the day getting rid of my wasp problem and spraying to keep them from creating a new home. Haven’t seen any wasps on my porch since!
