I used this company for an issue with mice inside and a groundhog under my front porch. I would highly recommend to anyone. Pricing is very reasonable, it was very easy to schedule and the communication all around was great. You wont find this kind of service with the larger companies.

Parkhurst is the BEST! I tried Meerkat under stress and they didn't have a clue what they were doing! I still had mice after they did +3k in work. I had enough and called Dave. What a dream he is! He encased my house w/metal and no more mice inside. And I had many prior to Dave sealing off the house. I highly recommend Parkhurst! They know their stuff and do it right! Also they are less expensive than other places! Dave does a thorough job! He is highly knowledgeable in this field! He is polite and courteous and does not try to talk you into any services. I didn't need to think about getting him! I did it as soon as he sent the contract to me! David did an excellent job evicting many squirrels from the soffits of my house. I have been putting this work off for a long time because I knew the soffits were in need of major reconstruction. My fear was the reconstruction would be too big a job for the average nation-wide pest company. David quoted both with and without the soffit work, I was convinced when I saw some pictures on the website for his other business which does home repairs. It was clear he had tackled projects like this in the past. In the end David did a great job sealing up the spaces and I am only sad I did not find him sooner.

In 22 years, I've never had mice but this year, something changed. I struggled on and off for most of the fall/winter. Set some traps myself and actually caught some. We had an issue with rats, David came and checked the house and all entry points. He laid out bait in our basement, and once he came back and there wasn’t any activity he sealed off all the entry points in the house. Within two weeks the rats were gone. We no longer hear them in the walls and I have not seen one. He was very professional and kind.
