Everything about them is great! Phone reps are always available and very friendly/easy to talk to. No more complaining from anyone at home about getting bitten up by mosquitoes no matter how late at night we decide to stay outdoors. They have even taken care of our problem with small ants. Technicians service varies a lot . My backyard is often not thoroughly sprayed or sprayed at all despite my complaints. UPDATE: A repeat service was provided following this review and I personally observed that the technician sprayed all areas of the backyard.

Hi Michelle, I am sorry you had a negative experience. We tried reaching you twice to make this right by you. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a specific technician. However, all of our technicians are trained and spotchecked, and we monitor the van cameras to ensure great results, every time. <br><br>Additionally, if a customer reaches out and requests an extra spray, we come back out within 48 hours with no additional charge. We’ve been using mosquito shield for about 2 months now and I haven’t seen a mosquito since! So far we are impressed with our treatments and are hoping it continues to go well as the hotter weather comes. Only thing I would suggest is if they can give a heads up at least a day in advance when they’re planning to come as I had to change plans last minute when we were using our outdoors and the technician showed up.

Even after asking them to ring the doorbell, before spraying, they do not. Sometimes patio doors and windows are left open. We have a dog that goes into the yard at will. We asked them twice to ensure they ring our bell so we can close up and not breath the fumes. They have failed to do so multiple times. They are spraying toxins and have no regard for safety measures. AVOID *Response* No. As discussed, you are suppose to ring my bell. We can't keep the house locked up all day with an all day window. You also never answer the phone. And offering me $10 Uber credit for a fake 5 star review won't help. And you call me out by my name? Shame on you.

Hi, your service has been fantastic until this year. However this year we have been eaten alive by mosquitoes. The gentleman who serviced us this year has not been spraying the backyard completely. He doesn’t go behind the pool and doesn’t spray all the bushes. I spoke to the gentleman in the middle of the season to ask him to correct the situation. And he did so only for the time that I was watching him. On his next visit my wife observed that he went back to his old ways and did not spray sufficiently at all. Since then the mosquitoes have been relentless. I will extend my service with your company until the end of October. If this situation is not corrected before the close of this season, we will not renew your services for next year. Thank you for understanding.

Seems like we missed the mark - I will be reaching out over the phone to correct the issue.<br>However, a vital part of the service is that we guarantee extra sprays in between any of the 2 scheduled sprays if one sees uptick in mosquito activity at their property. I was very happy with the service at the beginning. The first three months were amazing. The product works. However because of the rainy season the mosquitoes were back with a vengeance. I contacted the company someone responded quickly that they will send someone asap. Three weeks later I’m still waiting for the application and unable to enjoy my backyard. Very disappointed… I had high hopes.

In terms of mosquitoes, we come on a bi-weekly basis and we guarantee our service by coming in between scheduled sprays if someone still experiences many mosquitoes on their property. Made an appointment, took all my info, never showed up. Made multiple attempts to contact them after they missed my appointment as I needed them for an outdoor party on Saturday, they contact me the day after saying they are sending someone.

I am sorry for the disappointment. As explained in our email, we had ou scheduled for a specific day but had to change that due to weather. I am sorry you didn't take us up on the free spray for this past Sunday.
