On the second visit, Justin and his dad went the extra mile to open up under our bathroom and successfully found the hidden source of the problem. They gave us clear instructions on what needed to be done. After we got the plumbing issue fixed, they came back for a third visit to do the final treatment. Now, the problem is completely gone! What a fantastic company! Honest, reliable and affordable. They take the time to explain what they see, what they will do to treat and what you can do to prevent future occurrences. Very personable and friendly making every interaction comfortable and productive. We hired them for bees and most recently camel crickets and I am happy to say that JT Pest Control will be our go-to company for any future needs.

JT Pest Control just cleared a massive wasp nest in our attic. Had "cave" crickets in my mother in laws house noticed on a Saturday, we called them and they came right over. Excellent service!

From the first call, JT Pest was very responsive. The office reacted immediately and said they would get the guys out after I explained that it seemed like we had a wasp issue. Initial appointment was a few days out but the office called back to say the guys come later that day after their last job. Thank goodness they did. Justin and Carlos found that not only were the yellow jackets flying around the roof, they had also infiltrated and were hard at work on a hive. The father son duo got to work right away, getting rid of the pests and then came back a few days later to remove the nest which was very large. They were kind and courteous and took their time explaining. Also, as a bonus, they found that there was a slow leak in the toilet when they were trying to look at the hole the wasps were coming through that happened to be above the bathroom window. We were able to stop an additional problem in its tracks thanks to them. Hopefully we don’t have an issue like this again, but if we do I know who I’ll call! Thank you Justin and Carlos!

After reviewing dozens of pest control companies in my area, we choose JT PEST CONTROL as the first one to call. I basically chose them because they were local, family owned, and had excellent reviews. Our frantic call this morning explained our situation with wasps. Not only were Father and Son at our door within 20 minutes, but our urgent situation was neutralized in less than 2 hours! Their knowledge, ability to help us understand the procedure they would be following, and just general feeling that they wanted to take care of this for us as efficiently and quickly as possible set us at eaze. I cannot sing their praises loudly enough, and sincerely recommend JT PEST CONTROL. For the first time in 27 years we are going to purchase a yearly maintenance plan. Five stars from us. We had a crazy situation with yellow jackets coming into our house through a soffit overhang. I called at midday and Quinn, the woman who answered the phone, reached out to her husband to see if he could possibly squeeze us in. He had a full schedule and he could not fit me in but he was willing to start early the next day. I said that I had to try and find someone for today and despite me going with one of their competitors, Quinn stayed on the phone with me and she took the time to tell me how to seal off the room. I was very impressed with her kindness and her willingness to try and help us. We weren't able to use them this time but just based on her kindness, I would definitely use them the next time!

The nicest father and son. I am a new customer and was in desperate need of a call. They came within a few hours. They cleaned up all the crickets for me. They are also super handy and can do projects if needed. I will be using them again :)

We had a mouse infestation in our garage and basement so we called JT Pest and Justin/Carlos answered immediately. They came the very same week to help and they explained the process. They were very clear on their fees upfront and followed up with us multiple times to ensure the clean-up worked as intended. We are very happy with their service and we are now repeat customers. After yelling "boo" at the bees in an unsuccessful attempt to scare them away, I called the professional. Justin informed me they were in fact wasps and not bees ( hence why my method didn't work) and quickly took care of the problem, removed the nest and exterminated so they would not come back. Hired him again at another location for more danger bees, and before we knew it he was helping us complete our home renovations at a good price and for quality work as part of his second business.

Justin and Carlos are very professional, knowledgeable and honest guys. They are patient, kind, communicative and responsive. Prices are fair. They not only were able to assist me with a pest issue but also were able to address other issues with the home itself that others prior who were experts in those fields missed. I had a horrible experience in my home with yellow jacks. I have a phobia against bugs and bee's . I was in tears when I was walking around the house with a zap racket killing so many small and huge bee's. I called Jt pest control and I couldn't have been more satisfied. The guys were so very nice and understanding and very reasonably priced and most of all efficient. Before you call anyone try them first they are great.

Awesome team! They were over within the day to sort out our mouse issue. Since their treatment, our tenants haven’t reported any more mice. They were also able to spot other issues that had gone unnoticed and were able to fix those. They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home renovation which makes it easy when treating points of entry. Honest, communicative, and super easy to schedule with.
