Not happy. 3rd service visit requested to control weeds. The weeds are everywhere. Not happy with condition and appearance of lawn. Also during application, lawn was burnt by application (see photo attached - you can see the tracks). Also it seems like they do the routing applications when I call for a service visit.

We will be setting up a service call to inspect the property, address the weed concerns, and take a closer look at the areas where the application tracks occurred.<br>This summer’s extreme heat has put a significant amount of stress on lawns, making turf more sensitive to applications and limiting when certain weed-control products can safely be used. Unfortunately, it does appear that the lawn experienced some stress following the application, and we apologize for that.<br>We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll have our team follow up and work to address these concerns.<br>

We made the call to get poison ivy treated and they came out quickly, addressed the issue with an initial treatment and the best practices to use so we won't have the issue again hopefully.
