I hired this company as it had good reviews, the tech came he was really nice and informative. He saw I had tracking powder from another tech and told us about the dangers of it, it made us trust him to do the job. He charged us 500$ to get rid of the mice for us.. he said he would inject poison into the walls . However our attic was full and we could not add poison up there. So he cleaned the tracking power closed some holes, but I’m not sure if there was any poison really injected into the walls. He told us it will take 30 days to get rid of the mice. That was December 2022 it’s going on March 2023. We have more mice then we did in the beginning. I asked for a partial refund as we have to get another exterminator and we just had a baby and money was to tight, but the tech never answered me. Now we have mice running around and can’t have our baby crawling on the floor, and it’s such a shame there are companies like this one. I used a tech many many years ago and once he left didn’t see rodent for a year, unfortunately he moved. Because I would post his information here. I would say save your money and go to another company that will get rid of your probelm
