Max and his team from Top Level Pest Control did an amazing job at eliminating my wasp problem over the summer. They made sure to follow up and come back out to handle any strays that were still lingering. Would recommend them for any of your extermination needs!

Helped with catching and getting rid of mice. They found a slot and did the service within 2 hours, they are willing to work with you for your case. Confirmation visit and plugging entry with steel wool was also included in the price.

Max has been coming to our home for several years. He's a lovely person, always smiling and polite and a pleasure to see. Most importantly, he does a great job at keeping our home mouse-free!! We have a very old house dating from the 18th century, so it is somewhat easy for mice to enter our basement. The mice only enter the part of our basement area--really the cellar--not the finished part of the basement floor which we use as a media room. Fortunately, thanks to Max'' good service, they are confined to the cellar and don't manage to enter the rest of the house. Max comes every two weeks to check the cellar, remove any dead mice, and lay down new "traps" for any future invaders!! We highly recommend his service!

Max and team always arrive when scheduled with a smile on their face ready to battle pests. They listen closely and are effective and always remind me to let them know if I need them to return outside of my quarterly service - no needs to so far.

I have been using Top Level Pest Control for many, many years. When I first found Top Level, I met the owner Max and we hit it off as if we were friends for years. Years later our friendship has continued to develop and I rely Top Level to handle all of my pest control needs. Whether it's the routine termite monitoring or the frantic service calls I make to Top Level on occasion, Top Level does not disappoint. Whenever I have an issue and make a service call, they don't hesitate. Actually, I still have the owner's personal number on my phone and many times I reach him directly. Max always answers my calls, greats me with enthusiasm and is always ready, willing and able to help. I don't know why it has taken me so long to write this review. It's long overdue. I highly recommend my friend Max and Top Level Pest Control. They are a "Top" (no pun intended) notch organization.

I met Claude a few years ago and have to say he is very nice and attentive to our situations, from Woodpeckers, squirrels, ants and other "uninvited guests"!
