Sometimes people go above and beyond I recently had the pleasure of working with Ethical Pest Control. I called Michael about removing insulation from under my house after realizing I had a pest issue. I was already dealing with a stressful situation—my home had suffered a burst pipe and flooding, and I was in the middle of remediation work. Unfortunately, the remediation company would not remove all of the insulation as part of the insurance claim and gave me an outrageous quote to do the work. That’s when I reached out to Michael, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first phone call through the completion of the job, Michael was exceptional. He clearly explained his pricing, and both his verbal estimate and written quote matched exactly—no surprises. What truly stood out was how far he went above and beyond. While working, he discovered a leak and a significant amount of water in the insulation that the remediation company had completely missed. He immediately took the time to contact me, helped ensure the main water supply was shut off, and even went into my home to confirm there was no additional water damage. On top of that, he documented everything with photos and videos so I could provide evidence to my insurance company showing what the remediation company overlooked. That level of care and thoroughness is rare. Michael may have saved me a lot of money, and I can’t recommend him and Ethical Pest Control highly enough.

Mike came out and treated for yellowjackets that nested inside our wall and attic. He was very responsive, came out right away. Mike explained his process and took care of business. He was super knowledgable about the insects. Great experience!

Fulton Youth Soccer fields are home to not only hundreds of children playing soccer, but also for the Granby Balloons Under the Moon. We had a HUGE bees nest on our property and we called Ethical Pest Solutions after hours and Mike came within an hour to spray our property. He was thorough and not only sprayed our bees nest but he tacked down a broken board on our bridge for us. Absolutely AMAZING service. We will use him whenever we need these services!

Found Mike when I believed I had a wildlife critter scratching in my basement! Mike was wonderful to work with and did everything he could to eliminate any existing rodents and catch that “critter” The critter turned out to be a faulty water valve that was leaking! Who knew? But Mike even fixed that along with providing and installing a garage door seal that solved a long time issue of water entering my garage. I highly recommend Mike’s services. He is professional and trustworthy, follows up and does what he says he will do. On top of all that he is just a genuinely nice person.

Michael was a huge help when I found that I had a bat issue at my home. He worked well with my schedule and was very professional. I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future with any other pest issues!

I contacted EPS when I found a mouse issue in my basement. Mike was so great to work with to get rid of the nasty critters. He worked tirelessly to find where they were getting in, and took care of the problem efficiently and thoroughly. He kept in contact about appointments and always called if he was being delayed. Mike is such a great guy and I would definitely recommend him to take care of any problems you may have!

Had a wasp infestation over the summer. Got Mikes number from a friend. He got to my house that day and gave me a very reasonable quote for the removal. He was busy that day but came back the very next day and took care of the problem effectively and gave me tips on how to keep them away.
