Bruce was great! Woke up this morning and the nasty, stinging critters had moved on to a better place. Same day service, professional, knowledgable and polite. Kelly, who took our call, was also a pleasure, providing information about the available services, providing the quote, and setting up appointment, and in a world of sometimes grumpy people, she had my wife and me smiling! Hopefully, we won't need their service again anytime soon, but if we do we'll be giving them a call.

Jasmine has been helping reduce and control a population of mice that took residence in my duplex. Jasmine is an excellent communicator, she is efficient and well prepared. There is noticeably less mouse evidence/activity! I have worked with a few pest control companies in the past for various issues (living in a rural area comes with many a critter who also enjoy taking refuge in our houses lol) and she is by far #1! Jasmine treated some yellow jackets that were making their home in the eave/siding of my house by my front door. The bees were gone within 24 hours! Jasmine provided me with a lot of great information- because I initially thought they were honey bees- came to check out the situation and when they were in fact yellow jackets treated it for me on the spot- all for a great price. Highly recommend, and will continue to use her services for any other pest related issues that shall arise!
