I was so impressed with the customer service provided by Magnum pest control. I called the owner John when I was unable to control a major infestation of Japanese beetles and carpenter ants. John had his guys out at my house 2 days later. The completed the treatment in under an hour. They were kind andcaring. They took extra care to make sure my animals would not be affected. And all of this for a great price. I have not seen a bug since. Highly recommended for your extermination needs.

We had a rather aggressive case of yellow jackets infiltrating our basement. One call, 3 hours later, a team of two arrived at our home with a plan to attack from the interior and exterior of the home. After locating the entry point and achieving some success the sheer numbers began to drop. However, the owners, John and Sarah were not 100% sure the team got to the hive. That same night, once John got off an airplane, came directly to our home himself and dealt a serious blow to what he believed was the location of the hive and was very confident he addressed the source. My wife and I are happy to report after 48 hours we have no more yellow jackets in our home. Exceptional service and experience. Thank you again!

We are so incredibly grateful for having Magnum Pest control take care of our critter issue! They were instrumental in figuring out which critter and where they were coming in from. What a team of very knowledgable, highly trained professionals and always with such great care and thoughtfulness towards us as well. Sarah, is certainly not to be underestimated!! SHE’S AMAZING!!! She found out where the flying squirrels were getting in from and into the attic, set traps, cameras,etc. Once captured, she did the exclusion and no more issues! It’s finally quiet in our home! My husband and I can’t express it enough how grateful we are. We’re so happy we hired this company and Sarah is THE BEST!!!

John and company do a great job of keeping our home bug and bee free. We have Magnum come twice a year and can enjoy the outdoors without constant insect activity. Just last week Magnum came and sprayed for stink bugs which are terrible this year. I was sitting outside the next day and watched them land on the house and 2 or 3 minutes later fall off the house upside down. There were so many I used a leaf blower to blow them off the decks. 2 days later I see none. I highly recommend Magnum for all your pest control needs.

Would highly recommend Magnum to anyone who needs pest control. We had bees going into our siding and getting into our basement. They called me shortly after reaching out to them even at 8pm. They were able to come out the next day to spray the bees and actually remove the nest in the basement. John was great to work with and very responsive. Will be using them for any future needs.

We just moved to the area. Our house came with some unexpected Wasp guests in a few different hives. I called Magnum and they showed up the next day sprayed the nests and then the following day I had them spray around the house and garage to be sure we got them all and to help stop any new nests from forming. We are set up to do a seasonal spray now, that I know it could be an issue. They were great and had a quick response time and reasonably priced. I look forward to using them as needed in the future.

We hired Magnum Pest Control for our chipmunk and mouse problem around the house. They were super quick about assessing the property, putting up the bait boxes, and timely about coming around each month. It has solved our problem completely and we haven’t seen any damage to our property since hiring them. They are very knowledgeable especially about the Wyoming County area and we highly recommend them. Good service and good people to work with.

Great company! John and his crew are the best. Incredibly knowledgable and friendly. They were able to get us on the books for the following day as we had flies swarming our house early this season. Within a day, already a noticeable difference. We couldn't be happier! We are looking forward to actually being able to enjoy being outside on our deck, porch and patio without having to worry about all the pesky insects.

I called Magnum after Orkin messed up and never showed twice. Both John and Adam were very helpful. John retailed to me about the issues we were having and set up an appointment for us quickly. Adam was our tech who sprayed and he was super friendly and helpful as well. We got our house sprayed for flies and bugs 4 days ago and already have noticed a huge difference. Wanna say a BIG thank you for coming and removing a GIANT yellow jacket nest from my sons closet ceiling! I called on a Sunday and they came out the next morning. They worked fast and diligently to get it removed! Would recommend them to ANYONE!
