Great service fast and reliable

Totally Unprofessional and a Waste of Money This is hands down one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Do not use their services. They are completely unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly have no regard for customer satisfaction. I paid for pest control, and not only did the issue persist, but they also failed to follow up or offer any real solution. It honestly felt like a total scam. Save your money and go with a company that actually knows what they’re doing. Huge disappointment.

Was a customer for 5+ years. They always did the job but raised the prices every single year since I came on board. I finally have had enough and cancelled. It's insane how much they charge for bug control when I can do it myself for a 80% savings. I realize costs increase, but the amount you have raised over the years leads to nothing if you lose customers.

We have been on a Bugg Control program for a few years now and their service is outstanding. They have taken care of all of our needs in a timely manner. We have not had any complaints and the work they do always takes care of any bug problem

I live by the river and I Use them every year and never have any problems with annoying spiders and bees in my outdoor space!

From the person answering the phone to all the technicians that have come out To service our property and clean our windows have been very professional and courteous. And most importantly they do a great job. Vick Is definitely a great asset to the company

Great service, eliminated all pest problems I had, and they stand behind their product and service. I had found a bees nest after a treatment and they came right back out and took care of the problem.

We could not imagine enjoying our property without Bugg Control's Barrier Treatment! They come 3 times a year. No spiders in the pool, no bees at my picnic table, no ants in my Barn! We went 1 year without them and seriously, could not enjoy our property with out being inandated with some flying or crawling bug! They have always been promt and always call days before they come so we know to leave the dogs inside.... And oh yeah, we can let the dogs and the kids out the same day because whatever they use is safe! Two thumbs up in my book!

I'm extremely satisfied with Bugg Control and their tech Andy. This spring I had a massive infestation of carpenter ants . After a thorough examination and subsequent treatment, we have been ant free for several months. Last year we had an issue with hornets. Bugg Controls quick response prevented any harm to my family or the neighbors. Immediate action, excellent results, and well trained knowledgeable techs. I am beyond happy with my service by Bugg Control! The technician (Clint) arrived on-time and was great from the start. It was raining non-stop all day, but he put on cloth booties over his boots so he didn't track any mud inside. The tech took the time to inspect everything and then explained what he would be doing to remedy the issue. We had sugar ants so he treated around the area where we've been seeing them and made sure everything was pet-friendly so our dog couldn't get into it. It cleared everything up and we haven't had a problem since. We will definitely be recommending Bugg Control to everyone from now on!
