Empire Exterminators provide Excellent professional service. They came to our home immediately and took care of the pests in a prompt, professional friendly manner. The price is right and we highly recommend them. Geo has been coming to our home monthly for the last two years to keep the pests away and the monthly services are working great! No more pests! Empire is a great company and does an amazing job!

Updated 2024: I am updating this review in 2024 to say that 4 years later and still not a single mouse has entered our apartment. These guys are legit and the best exterminators we have ever dealt with. If you have a rodent situation, I can say without a shadow of a doubt you will love the results of their services. They are quick, and easy to talk to, and they do a great job. 4 years of great service. Had rodent problems in the apartment we live in for years, and had many exterminators come all of them ended up failing at stopping the rodents from coming in. All of them except Empire Exterminators. Nicolo has been so helpful since he first came to inspect our home months ago. he thoroughly inspected our apartment and covered any holes he found, provided many different traps and most importantly found the location where these rodents were entering from and implemented a fix that is still going strong today. Hes always responsive to phone calls, and if we need anything he visits the same day we call. He has been back to our apartment a bunch of times to just check up and make sure everything is still good, and since his first visit we havent had a single rodent enter our home which is the longest we have gone without one entering since we moved into this apartment over 5 years ago. Hands down the best exterminator service we have ever used, and Nicolo is hands down the best exterminator we have ever used. I highly recommend.

The gentlemen that came was amazing!!! Very respectful, diligent, and examined the property to see where my creepy crawlys were living!! He also took him time, alittle over an hour in my 3 family house!! Would recommend him to everyone I know!!

The service was excellent. Nicolo gave me a reasonable estimate. The next day they were on the premise exterminating all rooms. The pest issue is now resolved I am glad I chose Empire Exterminators Nicolo and his team did a great job.

Exceptional service, my exterminator Nico was so professional, cooperative, and helpful. He communicated well and answered all my questions and doubts. He took his time and inspected my apartment fully, set traps for rodents and covered holes. I am beyond grateful that I haven’t seen a mouse since my infestation. I would recommend to everyone with a pest problem to reach out to him you won’t regret it!!!

Thorough and professional

Really nice employee, who has been very easy to work with. I'm the type of person who is usually uneasy having workers come into my home, but I've been very comfortable with him. The price is reasonable, and most important the invading American cockroaches have been eliminated!

So grateful I found this company! I had some issues with roaches so I started searching for a reasonably priced exterminator. Not only did they have a great price but I was able to get a quick appointment. They're very thorough and helped get rid of the roaches quickly! Definitely will continue to use this company for routine maintenance 🙂

Ever since Nico started servicing my building monthly, I haven’t had any problems! I even recommended him to my brother who was having an ant problem, and that issue was solved right away! Respectful, on time, educational, and affordable. Can’t ask for much more from this well-mannered gentleman!

We are beyond impressed with Nico and the services provided through Empire Exterminators. I called after 8pm to inquire about services- due to spotting a very unwelcome guest. Nico answered my call and was at our apartment in under 30 minutes! He was professional and thorough. He is also incredibly knowledgeable and took time to answer all of our questions. In addition, he made sure the services he provided were safe for our toddler. He had everything under control in an hour. The price was reasonable too. I truly can not say enough positive things about our experience. I’ll recommend to everyone!

Nico was fantastic. We use him now for our regular seasonal prevention and he is always very quick to respond, available at the drop of a hat, extremely professional and above all it’s keeping bugs away. Highly recommended for either one time issues or recurring prevention for all different types of bug extermination.
