Eco Haven Pest Control

The snow finally melted and revealed 32 molehills in my backyard. (Of coarse, I wasn’t sure if that was from moles at the time.) I called a few pest/wildlife companies and I didn’t get a very “enthusiastic reception” from any of them except for one: Jacob Dorsey from Eco Haven. Jacob took the time to talk to me on the phone - I got an education from just that! He came over the next day to evaluate and was able to confirm that it was indeed from moles. He told me what my options were. I appreciated the fact that he clearly doesn’t believe in “the hard sell”. He wasn’t the least bit pushy. He came back a few days later and buried the treatment to kill the moles in several areas. I also got more education then. So far, so good - no new piles! Will watch and wait. I will be having him return soon to put down preventative treatment as I never want to deal with this mess again! Jacob is a really nice guy - you will enjoy working with him.

Jake was wonderful. He returned my call immediately and came to my house that day for an inspection and estimate. I value excellent customer service, even before price, and that’s what I’ve received. He texts back and provides useful information. Your message doesn’t go into a black hole!! He is always accessible. I find that dealing with small businesses is the way to go. Fast, reliable, and quality work from the Eco Haven team. Responded on a sunday morning and was done in 2 days sealing my entire house off. Extremely reasonable prices for the area. Hudson Falls local, an extremely knowledgeable about the issues in my home. Would absolutely recommend anyone to these guys.

I highly recommend Eco Haven. Jake and his team are amazing, very knowledgeable, and our go to for all our pest problems from here on out. Had a squirrel issue in the attic that ended up being a little more than expected. 10 squirrels later the house is finally squirrel free. Chose to go ahead and do the metal trim along the roof to protect from any future issues, and it looks amazing. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Jake and the rest of the team.

Jacob came and treated my yard and perimeter for insects and ants etc .results were excellent as I live in a wet area or reservoir area. I highly recommend Jacobs services he offers. He has also done an outstanding job with rodent control.

Highly recommend!!! Jake came to my house to assess and give me all options. I was very impressed with his professionalism and how he went under my deck, into crawl spaces etc. He found all the entrance points in the entire house. Im so happy I hired him and his team. No pesticides or toxins! They sealed up my house with metal! under the siding and all around the base of house. You will not get this with other companies. Rodents can get you and your family sick! We did our research and fortunately found and decided on Jake & Eco Haven. We've had a significant mouse problem since we've owned our upstate house, and have tried multiple times to close possible entry points and use traps on our own over the years, to no avail. Once I connected with Jake, he was at my house the next day to do an inspection and provided me a plan of attack and quote. He was back a few days later with his team (in horrible weather) to thoroughly seal the house exterior entry points and set traps. 9 days later, we stopped catching mice. Over the last 3 weeks, we haven't seen or caught one. Jake may be one of the most knowledgable rodent control people out there. He responded immediately throughout the process and afterwards. This was an extremely pleasurable experience from start to finish. If you're looking for help (and he does a lot more than rodents), give him a call. You won't be sorry.

So far we are very happy with the service and communication from EcoHaven. We were in a time crunch to get the initial assessment done and Jake was able to work with our schedule. His communication has been timely and clear. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because I’m waiting to see just how effective they were in solving our rodent problem.

Eco Haven Pest Control did a great job getting squirrels out of my soffit and sealing everything up so they can’t get back in. They quickly figured out where the squirrels were getting in, removed them safely, and blocked off the access points. Jake and team were professional, easy to work with, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was handled efficiently and cleaned up afterward. I’d definitely recommend Eco Haven Pest Control if you’re dealing with wildlife around your home.

Jake is extremely reliable and knowledgeable! He answered our calls right away and gave us a thorough walkthrough of his process to rid of us mice. He showed up a few days later to begin working along with his team member to complete the job in a shorter than anticipated time. It has been a few days now and we have seen no signs of mice. We are so happy we got extermination services at such a reasonable price!

Exceptional service. Investigated how the squirrel entered and the best way to keep it from happening. My 100 year old home needed 21st century solutions that are non poisonous and affective. Eco Haven was the only service threat looked into the whole house, crawling under the deck and looked through the attic. Glad I called them.

A+++, truly a class act and I can not Thank him enough for coming to my property at 8PM to remove a wasp nest (built in a most unusual place which resulted in a trip to the ER for me) from my horse barn. His price was more than reasonable, and his service was prompt and professional.
