Dial A Bug Pest Control

I am not happy with this company that my building's management continues to send to treat my apartment infestation. They came 4 times in the past 2 years and administered two treatments each visit. so far, they've failed to get rid of unwanted pest. 2024 Their services were first rendered in my apartment The technician did a lackluster job of treating my apartment, spraying their chemicals, setting off foggers, and then leaving in under 15 mins. The technician returned for the follow-up 7 days later, poorly administered chemicals set off foggers, and left in under 15 mins. 2026 Their services were again rendered in my apartment, sent by my property manager for the same pest infestation. The technician shows up after running extremely late and swiftly carries out his task ineffectively and left within 10 mins after his arrival. The follow-up visit again the technician very poorly spray chemicals set off foggers all in under 10 mins and left I timed him each visit. Each of the two years they've treated my apartment, the results have been unsatisfactory, and poorly administered. Same end results, no erratication same pest infestation.

I have been using Dial A Bug for 48 years for the company I worked for and for my home. Their service providers are polite and get the job done. I have recommended them to anyone that asked my for an eterminator. I have started with the original owner and have contined with Dial A Bug. Thank you all for the great service .

Tech 07 Chris Luchen did an amazing job. He was extremely patient and took his time to find each and every hope. This is his second time at my apartment since about a year ago. Definitely recommend his work.

Absolutely useless. We’ve had a roach infestation for a year and a half now and monthly, even biweekly visits haven’t done anything. The “most severe treatment” only drove them into other rooms.

Even before the treatments the company did a great job of convincing my property management that it was worth doing a proper fumigation for our roach problem. Chris L (tech 07) has been super friendly and professional throughout the treatments (which cut down the problem) and the full fumigation. Found an uncommon spot where they were hiding. Highly recommended.

This is the worst company. This the extermination company that was hired through my buildings management company. I’ve had a roach problem since last summer they’ve come by my apartment and the issue has gotten worst. They come to my building biweekly, they come and spray only in the bathroom and kitchen which is terrible if you have a really bad infestation problem. Ever since they have come the problem has gotten worst the bugs are everywhere in my apartment and in my furniture. I’ve been called them to get more assistance and the said the most they can do is spray and put traps for the bugs. Really a terrible extermination company. You better off buying your own supplies and figuring out a way to get rid of bug infestation. For the services that were offered for my building I just feel very disappointed because I was really hoping they could help.

He took the time to inspect every corner of our apartment, explained everything clearly, and sealed up even the smallest entry points. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and comfortable again in our own home. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how much he genuinely cared about solving the problem, not just putting down traps and calling it a day. If you're dealing with a pest problem, do yourself a favor and ask for Robert. Truly one of the best professionals we’ve ever worked with!

I am not happy with this company. They came to our place 3 times for the past 2 months and so far they failed to get rid of unwanted bugs. Timing is terrible as well, they make you wait 4 hours for the technician without providing any updates abt their arrival. I understand they may have multiple clients between these hours but an update would be great. Technician shows up at very last minute and swiftly carries out his task ineffectively and leave . I will update this comments once i see the effectiveness of their work. So far unsatisfactory. Call center representatives are very respectful except one female representative who is extremely unpleasant.

Highly recommend this company I had a exterminator a few weeks ago he told me his name is Javier alaverga he’s full of energy he checked my apt thoroughly removed garbage behind my stove and even moped it for us ever since we haven’t had any problems highly recommend him
