Paul was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! This is a wonderful family-owned business that truly cares about its customers. Paul took the time to explain exactly what we needed to do to help solve our fly problem instead of trying to sell us things we didn’t need. His advice ended up saving us a lot of money, and we really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to find a local, family-owned business that puts its customers first. While we’re hoping we won’t need pest control services again anytime soon, if we do, Paul will absolutely be the first person we call! Highly recommend!

We use National Pest Experts and Mr. Mosquito for our pest and mosquito control. Staff is great. Paul, the owner, takes the time to address your concerns.

Met with Paul today to discuss our carpenter ant issue and preventative pest control. He was knowledgeable, professional and honest. He explained the whole process and educated us on the treatment he uses. We start the process this week and will complete another review once service has finished. But so far I'm glad we went with Paul and National Pest Experts. I even got previous quotes from Orkin and Terminix but glad we went with Paul.

Was just googling national pest for the phone number and saw the review for the $895 rodent job. I used Paul and national pest for a rodent job and had many estimates before I chose national pest. I got estimates for 2k which included me having to do some of my own work!! That review completely shocks me Paul personally showed up after the job was done to make sure we were happy- answered the phone all hours and walked me thru every step of the process. He was the most reasonable company. We have not only used this company for rodent job but for quarterly service termites and bees! We have always had the best experience.

Warning ‼️ Had called this company to come for an estimate for a MICE problem. First day scheduled to come, they didn’t show. They then called me two days later and asked to come the next day to which I agreed. Paul arrived and immediately explained that I was not seeing mice in my house, but rats. When I asked him to inspect my home and began bringing him to the space where I saw the mice, he refused and waved his hands in my face to go back into the first room because he wanted to talk instead of inspect. Paul decided he only wanted to talk about rats the entire visit. When he finally provided the estimate - his treatment plan was to put down traps for me to then check and replace as needed. For this “rat treatment,” it would cost $895. I might not be a professional exterminator, but I’ve had two other companies come for estimates since, and both of them inspected my entire home, confirmed the mice (NOT RATS) issue, and provided reasonably priced, real treatment options. I think it’s obvious who I will not be giving my business to.

Huge shout out to Paul/Robert for coming over to handle our bee problem. It made my husband very happy. I left for a soccer game and when I got home it was all taken care of. Highly recommend them. Amy B
