Second time using this exterminator. First was fine. Second time, the roach problem increased, mice holes were still found. Charles was notified multiple via text message and calls during the time window the guarantee was still active, but he continued to say he would schedule a day to come back and never did. Though the man who came to the house was kind and respectful, Charles definitely did not honor the 60 days warranty and ultimately his company did not exterminate the issues I paid to be exterminated.

Called Charles to fix a bee problem on the exterior of my mothers home. I gave him the rundown over the phone and he came to consult the following day. During the consultation, he told me exactly what I stated over the phone. I thought he would bring equipment to handle the situation that day since it was on the second level of the home and we already discussed the problem areas. He said he would be back the following day at night. And I have yet to hear from him since. You can tell he didn’t want to handle the job (even my husband and mother felt the same as well) but I wish he would have stated it then.

We spotted mice in the apartment. Came across Queens pest control. Charles responded for the appointment, did a thorough inspection and applied the treatment. Since then we haven’t seen any activity. I would definitely recommend his service.

They deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ more stars Charles answered the phone he was calm and welcoming and confident about once he and his team do a job I will not have any more problems and he didn’t try to BS me around and the best part is the all payment part which I love. The same day appointment which wasn’t even 2 hour long wait was beautiful. He sent Nil over which was responsible, respectful and went through every inch of the houses places I didn’t know to look and I didn’t have to tell him to take his shoes off on the carpet he already knew to respect certain area and he came on time and went right to it. Then when he was finished he was playing with the little ones peek a boo which I thought was great. Very knowledgeable and didn’t waste no time. I would highly highly recommend theses Guys and I will be calling them and referring people

I don’t know where to start! But I guess I should start with the fact that Charles was amazing!!!!!!! He literally took his time in my home. He allowed me to ask all of the questions that I had even if the were “silly” questions! He took me step by step on the process and what he would be doing. We had a mice problem but Charles came in and fixed it up I haven’t seen any mice since! Charles did an amazing job while making this uncomfortable experience comfortable with his welcoming personality and patience! Thank you so much Charles. His service was hands down 10/10!

Terrible responsiveness, communication, and service!! The price that was told on the phone was different than what we had to pay in person. They also make you pay upfront for two visits and I have been calling for the past two months to schedule the follow up visit, only to be ignored and dismissed every single time. They say they will call but they never call. Please save your time and money.

I called this company and was greeted by Charles. He was very responsive and easily accessible. He answered all my questions. He did a complete and through assessment of my home. He treated the entire house, top to bottom. He took his time and checked every possible place I didn't even think of. He knows what to look for and identified problem locations immediately. He gave very good professional advice on how to manage our problem and he did a great job of solving and fixing our issues. I will call him if I ever have another mouse problem. He met and exceeded my expectations and I truly believe I got money's worth.

HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! Don’t waste your time and money! Charles tried to take more money from us claiming it was a misunderstanding from the price when we have a receipt for the $300 paid to him ( THAT HE WROTE & GAVE TO US). He never came for the 2 week follow up as promised and hung up the phone very rudely when asked about it! Waste of money!
