Joe was very thorough, helpful, friendly, and informative. Thank you for being approachable and explaining to my neighbor the rodent trap. It made such a huge difference plus we feel comfortable with the setup. I had a touch up two weeks after with Christian who was wonderful and professional. So far, I have had a pleasant interactions with EcoShield. I've also noted that I no longer see ants around my house.

Today was the first time we had Ecoshield treat our home. Deshaun was great. He explained what he was going to do before he started. He performed the services as explained and then he provided a detailed explanation of what he did. We hope he will continue to be our technician. We had another company before and it never seemed to solve our pest issues
