Contacted 716 Exterminating through Facebook Messenger and received a reply very quickly. Questions were answered and an appointment made quickly. A large nest of European Hornets in a tree trunk was treated and effectively eliminated, as requested. The personal interaction was courteous and pleasant, and the price was reasonable. We've had 716 Exterminating come out for two different yellow jacket nests. They have always been easy to get ahold of and easy to communicate with! The nests have been taken care of promptly and professionally, always providing service reports.

Excellent! We knew we had a wasp nest, but upon arrival, Chris also identified the start of a yellow jacket nest. Treated both with no upcharge- and in 91 degree heat. Very professional & knowledgeable.

Called Chris over the weekend about what I thought were sugar ants. He came out to the house early on Monday, determined what type of ants (acrobat ants, not sugar ants) and provided a treatment that had them gone almost overnight. With the amount of ants I was seeing, I didn't believe it was possible to fix the problem that quickly. A week later and still not an ant in sight. Very affordable as well. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with 716 extermination. We had a yellow jacket infestation in our old farmhouse which we tried to treat by ourselves to no avail. We were desperate for a solution. I had called a few other big name companies and their customer service was lackluster. He was not only polite but also incredibly knowledgeable! He investigated to find exactly where the issue was and explained everything with detail. He came the same day I called and efficiently eradicated the problem with just one treatment.
