Left a message about a yellow jacket nest in the corner of my house. Ian called back the same day, we set up an appointment. He was right on time took care of the nest assuring me if they come back he would take care of the problem. Very friendly, reasonably priced and would use again. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend! Ian was fantastic. We had a large hornet nest hanging from the roof, and he showed up within two hours of calling. He had the nest down in about 10 minutes, showed me the dead queen, and guaranteed his work—if the hornets return, he'll come back and remove the nest again. Best part? He charged half the price of every other place I called. Quick, professional, and affordable. Would definitely use him again!

Ian was a true gentleman. He was extremely honest with us and didn’t try and sell us anything in fact, he told us rather to wait until winter to deal with the current carpenter bee holes that we have in the eaves and soffits and that we should call them if we ever have problems once those holes are patched up next year. He was not here to make a quick buck but rather was playing the long game for which I am grateful. He will be the first person we call when we need help. .

Very pleased with Ian's service. I had multiple estimates and he had the best and most unique plan, and he didn't try to up-sell me on anything. I will definitely use him again, and refer him to my family, in case we need this type of service. In addition to that, Ian is a good guy. It's nice to have an owner-operated business, which is hard to find in this field.

Ian answered call for help with carpenter ants promptly. I was able to text him pictures and confirm problem. He came as scheduled and did a thorough job, answering all questions we had. Great to do business with a professional, local business man who happens to be personable as a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Not good. Never returned my phone call

Ian came and took care of my Ground hog, he us now bothering some one else. The next day he took away 2 raccoons, which I didn't know were there. Professional and helpful. Quick response and reasonably priced . Highly recommended.

I know this is long but read the entire review as what happens is important I do not want it to happen to anyone else. At the beginning of their service I would have given them five stars, but they do not follow through. I had a raccoon in my attic and not knowing anyone that removes them I called around and decided to go with All Care Pest Control. To be honest I went with them because they were the least expensive option of the places I called. I do not have a lot of money and so every penny for me counts. They came the same day I called and were very patient with me and all the questions I had. He set traps and that night the raccoon was caught. We had to wait until the next day before he came back to remove the raccoon, which was ok being that it was in the trap. He cleaned up most of the raccoon feces and told us to get the hole patched asap. He told us he had a contractor that he works with, but I told him that I knew a person that was in that line of work (every penny counts). My guy came and patched the hole the same day when the raccoon was removed. In the mean time, All Care left a trap in the attic just in case. A few weeks passed and my wife and I start hearing a noise in the attic again. I called up the person from All Care and he said that it was probably just on the roof trying to get back in. He also asked whether or not we got the hole patched. I went outside to look but saw nothing. I told him that we did and he said that it was good because a lot of people he goes to do not and wind up having the same problem. My wife and I continued to hear things and I would call up All Care every once in a while to try to get him to come back out and set more traps and help figure out what is going on. Each time he came up with something else that gave him reason not to come out. Now he gives a six month warranty for trapping of the same type of animal and he is basically refusing to come out. Six months go by and we still hear the noise until we hear metal jumping in our attic. The raccoon finally found the trap. I call up All Care and tell him. He asks me if I am sure there is something up there even asking me if I went up in my attic to check if there was anything in the trap. I told him the trap has been jumping up and down in my attic since midnight. He proceeds to give me an attitude telling me that even though his contractor did not take care of the hole and that his contractor would have walked around the roof to check for other holes he would honor his warranty and remove the raccoon and that would end the job. He simply did not want to honor his agreement. He was probably upset that he did not get his kickback from his contractor for getting a job. I know my guy walked around because he patched other holes. Instead of helping with the solution and being a human being, the guy at All Care (which by the way his name is Ian) became a part of the problem. Maybe if he came out when I called him after the first time and did not wait six months and help look for another hole I would have used his guy instead, at least possibly. But, he does not have common decency to do that. Do not use this guy, he will only string you along.

These guys are horrible. Run away, bunch of scammers. They charge you upfront and never show up to do the actual job. Now its time to go to court. Is it possible to give negative stars?
