This company was amazing. Ryan was Fast very friendly honest and very affordable. Definitely recommend.

Ryan is the one and only exterminator I will ever use. He came prepared and was polite to me and my tenants. He didn’t have to be, but he was and for that I will not look for anyone else.

After a bee problem that GAM exterminating quickly resolved for us, we booked a flying insect treatment on our home. For the last two years, Ryan has expertly protected our home from bees, wasps, and those pesky Box Elders! I plan on using GAM every year for the peace of mind that I know I will be bug free!

Ryan is the best always straight forward and will always talk you through every step of the process and advice for preventing any further problems after treatment.

We had a large hornet nest area under siding and soffit 2 stories up. Gam was the ONLY company that was willing to help us out. They came early the day promised and quickly did the job. The price was well worth it.

Trying to cancel free inspection...no answer to any number.....no reply to telling them to cancel my appointment I booked online..no response to confirm either

GAM was great to work with. I called Monday morning and Ryan was out that afternoon and gave me a fair price and the work was done on the spot.

Booked an inspection and treatment. They gave me a two hour block (2-4) and I had to take time off of work for this, and they no showed, so I called dispatch and they told me the technician would call me within a few minutes. Never received a call. Horrible, and I wasted time off work.

The fellow who came last year was terrific. He’s not there any longer and the young man that came the next time couldn’t get the traps open and seemed to know nothing about rats. I’m going to cancel because now they call like telemarketers.

GAM had charged me for a service not completed. When I contacted a manager they told me the charge would be refunded, months later the charge is still on my credit card and no response from the owner. Stay away from this unprofessional company. I have since switched my service to a different company and I’m much happier with the services received.

If I could give a zero I would, be very careful in hiring this company as they changed my service adding bug spray to my entire permiter of my home with insecticides when I clearly stated no as I have pets we do not use chemicals, I hired them to do bait stations for voles and service that only, they did that the first year the second year they changed my contract adding in insecticides without my permission I was so upset, in texting the technician he apologized for the mishap said he would note the account furthermore they were charging me 162.00 instead of $81.00 and not showing up for service but billing me, I called the manager very upset he hung up on me and then in emailing the company they rejected my request for a refund and blamed me instead? This now will cost me to have my home professionally power washed as the technician said that's all I could do to remove the chemicals, he texted me the chemicals they use and they are extremely harmful to pets and people this was a horrible experience. Please be careful, they change your service, bill you without permission and even bill without showing up, they won't even email back to confirm they canceled my service

I agreed to a summer three spray service to include one spray in June another in early August and a third in September. When trying to set up the September service I was told they would not honor the third treatment. I received a call from the “regional manager (Chris)” who would not provide the agreed to third service unless I paid another $111 fee, which I refused and complained. I said I would share my experience and provide a poor rating and the “manager (Chris) “ said ok tough guy” and ended the call. I will never do business with Gam again
