We called and spoke with Kenny because we had a bee problem. They were showing up in the house. He sent Cheyanne to our house the next day. She came and found the way they were getting in and dusted. I've been using them for four years. They have taken care of hornets, mice and flies. I get sprayed twice a year and it takes care of most insects. Today Dustin did our spraying and did a great job.

Custom Pest Control has been servicing this house for many years and does great work. Tom has been our technician for the past couple visits and does excellent work. He always checks in before he starts to see if there are any concerns, ensures we don't have any edible plants out and them promptly starts his work. This is a great company that we highly recommend.

Liz came to our home on the date and time promised! She also called ahead! She helped identify where rodents are getting into our attic then dying in a wall. She recommended steel mesh and steel wool in places of entry, which we have done. She was friendly, knowledgeable and brave!

I’ve been especially impressed with my technician, Ryan A., who has already been out to my new home three times and has been fantastic to work with. From the start, Ryan was incredibly responsive. After I reached out for an estimate, he visited the property the very next day and followed up with a detailed estimate and thoughtful recommendations. Not long after, my landscapers discovered three very active yellow jacket nests that were holding up their work. Ryan came out the next day and took care of them so the landscaping could get back on track — I really appreciated the quick response. Most recently, Ryan came out to “de-web” the property and begin my regular pest control treatments. The house is already looking so much better! Ryan has been responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I’m very happy with my experience with Custom Pest Control so far and would definitely recommend them — and Ryan in particular!

We use Custom Pest Control for pest control (mostly spiders and bees) with an outside Fall and Spring application. If we have any issues in between the technicians are always ready to help! I’ll start with saying I found this company via Google, and went with them based on their reviews, and support towards the military/first responders. Needless to say they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. We had the privilege of meeting and working with technician Mr. Tim Hammond. His knowledge, communication skills, and genuine personality were truly incredible. Our home always gets a lot of bees over the course of the summers, and it just became too much for my wife and I to keep up with as we both work full time. We had a bad ground nest, but my main concern was I thought we had some type of hornet nest somewhere in the house, but Mr. Hammond instantly put my mind at ease as he thoroughly investigated areas confidently saying there is not, and then ultimately went right to work on the ground nest. We will now be continuing their services yearly for preventative measures. We had a hive of very aggressive wasps/yellow jackets on our property, and not only was our call answered kindly, Eric came out within one business day and gave us an estimate. I called custom pest control for a problem with carpenter ants. The company got someone out quickly. Cheyenne was very friendly and thorough. She explained everything. Cheyenne then came back and sprayed, she did a great job and it took care of our problem. I will be on their maintenance program.
