We live in an area surrounded by woods. Ticks are everywhere! We trust Tru Organics to help us keep them at bay. Not only are they are reliable and efficient, they are friendly and personable. We've been working with them for 3 or 4 years and will continue to do so.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received! We had a scheduling issue right before a large party at our home, and I was extremely stressed about making sure our yard was treated for mosquitoes and ticks in time. Not only did the team respond quickly, but they went above and beyond to make things right and ensure our property was taken care of before our guests arrived. Their customer service was outstanding. They genuinely cared about helping us, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked hard to accommodate us when they easily could have just stuck to the schedule. Beyond that, their treatments have been incredibly effective. We have noticed a huge difference in the number of mosquitoes and ticks around our property, allowing our family and guests to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent results with such exceptional customer service. Nick has been taking care of our pest control for years now after my daughter was bitten by a tick in our yard when she was younger back. They take care of ticks and yellowjackets and I love that they’re organic and clean and always consistent and communication is always top notch! I love this company!

I don't ever Google review places but we would give this service 6 stars if it were possible. We have went through many spray services and Tru Organics is hands down the best in Westchester. It’s not even the low price, it’s the flexibility to scheduling and the staff that make you feel like family. Most importantly, the spray is so effective that I have multiple large events on my property that result in ZERO complaints of mosquitos. This is the only spray service to use in my opinion.

What a terrific company! Unfortunately my ants are winning. I called and he said oh no they are not!!! I'll see you on Tuesday and we will get this taken care of immediately. I had an excellent experience using this service. They were extremely professional, affordable and safe. I noticed the difference right away and was able to enjoy my deck immediately after treatment.

This is my first year having service with Tru Organics and from the first treatment I noticed a tremendous difference right away. Usually on our deck there would be large spider webs all over every morning (because there were plenty of bugs for them to eat!!) but overnight this stopped. We wanted the kids to be able to play in the yard and on the trampoline without fear of ticks and mosquitos and also to enjoy our deck and outdoor living space for grilling and entertaining while the weather was nice. Thankfully due to Lisa, Nick and the team at Tru Organics our family and friends were able to enjoy the outdoor space all summer BUG and PEST FREE! Highly recommended!!!! We even had citronella candles, that were never lit because they came regularly and did a great job! Thanks Tru Organics!

The past few years, my yard has been getting progressively worse with mosquitoes to the point where I was unable to sit out and enjoy my yard, something I love to do. Guess would come over and we could not even sit outside at all. After speaking with Nick and Lisa, the owners they came up with a quick solution. They set up an appointment to spray my yard with organic pest spray. I didn’t think this was going to work because I was promised it so many times from other companies and it never worked. I have paid so much money the past few years and nothing that was promised to work fixed the problem. The appointment was set up immediately. In fact, they came the next day. The technician was super friendly explained everything about the product to me, a professional. The results were amazing!! I can finally sit out in my yard again something that I was unable to do. I highly recommend this company for their product, their customer service, their technicians and the ability to talk to directly to the owner. They care, something that most companies are lacking these days.

Tru Organics Mosquito & Tick Control Co. has been great they sprayed my property last year and barely noticed and mosquitoes. It rained one time after they sprayed and they came back and resprayed. I highly recommend them.
