I've been a steady customer and I don't mind that I have to call a couple of times to make sure we get in the schedule. This year, after the second call Jeremy said he'd be there the following week. He never showed and never called. I guess they are too busy to service return customers.
He doesn't normally service the area I live in but was in the area and decided he could. He actually texted and showed up earlier in the week than he thought. The final invoice was right between what he quoted. Would definitely recommend to others.
I called to schedule service but they were really booked but promised to send someone out to give us an estimate. Matt came on a Friday afternoon on his way to a funeral, and looked over our place. He apologized that he could not do everything that day since he had a funeral to go to, but he gave us an estimate and knocked down some wasps nests that were on the house. They came the following Monday and did everything. Very pleased with their service and responsiveness.
