Our commercial landlord directed us to call these people because they had a contract with them. The woman who answered advised our location was not included in their contract. I asked if I should call the landlord or should they and she lectured me on what would have to be done before they could remedy anything. I asked her, "Maybe you should take that up with our landlord and your client? Would you like his phone number?" She told me to call him, that's not what she does. I told her I did not appreciate her attitude and would let the landlord know I have other services I can call if she is refusing to come and she went off on me. Where do they find these people?????? A simple thing like send a guy and call the person with whom you have a contract... horrible.
