Pest Pro staff are responsive and caring about your pest issue. My first conversation with Ken made me feel comfortable hiring his staff. He took the time to answer all my questions, discuss added measures for my pet and returns any additional inquiry phone calls. Elijah was the staff member that came to my house for treatments. I had a stray animal that caused a flea infestation in my crawl space that got into the walls of the house.And the house was newly renovated w new floors and carpets. I have a cat so the animal, crawl space and house had fleas! I was freaking out! Elijah was kind, thorough in addressing all the spaces that needed attention and even wore shoe covers because the interior was new. He made sure to get under appliances and difficult to reach spaces. He made sure to have me clear out closets to do those spaces as an extra precaution when we first started treatments. I’ve had to do multiple treatments. He gave me tips on how to keep being proactive and spent the time going above and beyond what other companies I interviewed never even offered to address. Even the office staff is kind. I can’t recommend this company enough if you need a good exterminator.

Had an issue that required immediate attention and Ken sent someone right away. He was able to get me in very quickly and put my mind at ease. Steve is very experienced and very thorough and also put my mind at ease. There was also a guy named Matt that came with Steve who had previously come a different time for something else and he’s also very knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t say enough nice things about this company. They also had treated something at my dad‘s house and my family members now use them. Their prices are very reasonable and their prompt service was very much appreciated. They really do care about their customers and it shows, I would highly recommend this company to anybody! I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel this company stands out from the rest and should get the recognition it deserves!
