I've been a customer for a while now and recently I can't reach anyone at the company's office or field phone numbers. I have left multiple massages to call me back..... and nothing for weeks. No idea what the problem is. Time for me to give up and go elsewhere for services.

Been doing business with Marcus, Dean and the boys for years! They haven’t ever failed me once. Very personable and responsive. They take care of the problem quick!! No beating around the bush with “ you need this then that and it may solve the problem” We had rats in our walls. We were told what the plan was, when treatment would take place and projected time for the rats to be gone and they were spot on. Highly recommended!!

Hire them to help control insects around the house and since we have started ants and small bugs have not been an issue. They are very well at communicating with us when they are coming and the knowledge they have is great to help solve our issues.

Highly recommend this company. Impressed with the details of their prep sheet. Lucas is a very informed tech who willingly shared information. Excellent follow up by the owner the next day to answer one additional question. Learned a lot. So far it looks like problem solved. They did leave me traps to monitor. Highly recommend!

They've been very helpful in trying to get rid of the mice in my attic. It's been successful so far but after the second round I'm waiting to see if they are gone for good. Other than that, the exterminator who came both times was knowledgeable and very nice. He pretty much kept me informed of everything that was happening and told me what to expect and how long to wait till/if I needed to call again. So far, very pleased.

If I could give this place absolutely 0 stars I would. But i cant. Nonetheless this company cheated me out of my money and made me believe that I was in the wrong when the technician didnt even show up or didnt knock on the door once or ring our doorbell but said he heard us inside...... ??? Then when i called to see where my technician was I was rudely told that i was wrong and apparently shouldve been starring out of my door for a span between 12-2... Total waste of time and pesticides dont even work and they are lazy, cheap and wont spray the whole house. Dont waste your time or energy because it will be countless hours of WASTED TIME not to mention the old ladies on the phone (Karen) refuse to understand our concerns and only want to argue instead of trying to fix the imeditate problem. Sincerely disappointed.

Worst experience ever. Absolutely worst customer service. Not to mention their product doesn’t work. Had them come back several times and still have the same problem. They are the rudest people. Who never show up on time, if they bother to show up at all.
