We had raccoons that made the attic of our business their home and were damaging ceiling tiles and chewing through the CCTV wiring. We called Magic Touch and Sidd responded immediately, identify where the raccoons were coming in from and to set traps. When the traps caught raccoons, he was quick to respond and remove the raccoons, even on the weekend. The cost of removing the raccoons was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Magic Touch.

I had Sid and his crew come help with the squirrel situation on the top of our townhouse. They were super professional and got the job done quickly.

We found a dead squirrel in our backyard on Labor Day weekend and it had sadly been there all week while we were out of town. With 2 young kids we didn’t want to risk exposure to what killed it so we called Magic Touch to dispose of the squirrel and disinfect the area for us. They arrived in just a few hours and were efficient and respectful of our property. Highly recommend!

Was so,so pleased with this service! Sidd answered at once and came over within two hours to remove a bunny that made its way into our house. Once it was captured, the guys thought it actually was a pet rabbit that got loose from someone’s house. They said they would check local veterinarian offices, and then find someone who would foster the rabbit so it was not just let loose in the wild. Could not ask for any better service, thoughtfulness, or kindness from anyone!

I first contacted Sidd and company early February 2025 regarding a squirrel problem he sent 2 representatives while he sat in the car outside they set 2 cage traps and left I have been dealing with Sidd and company since February 11, 2025 until now I still have the 2 traps with nothing caught plus the 3 cages I purchased from Home Depot also a tube trap which I had to show the 2 representatives how to set them via a YouTube video I have had conversations with Sidd regarding the methods being used I even suggested if squirrels is not your specialty maybe you can recommend someone I am just looking for some help. Then he suggested poison and traps ok I said but when I call him it’s always something truck break down the guys not available blah blah blah it’s now APRIL AND STLL NOTHING after looking at the reviews I don’t want to call anymore I don’t want no problems I just wanted some help or advice a referral I hope my review prompts them to do better we seek companies like this to assist us or guide us and if you can’t help us it’s ok to say so I was hoping to leave a good review but it’s now April and not a word Sorry

I hired this company to catch and remove a rooster that was crowing all day for a week in my residential neighborhood in Queens, waking everyone at 5:00am, and no city agency would come resolve the issue. On the phone, I clearly explained to Sidd that the rooster has been roaming through my backyard and the backyards of neighbors all day, and if he sat in my backyard, he would definitely be in reach of it throughout the day. Sidd explained that he has a very fast guy that will catch it and remove it, but that I had to zelle him $200 in advance, so I did that as I was feeling desperate. The guy came, but was not fast and when he saw the rooster, he did not run after it. Instead, the man put two traps that are meant to catch raccoons, not roosters. One caught a raccoon on the first night and the other trapped squirrels twice. Sidd said that I could call him 24/7, but when I called and texted during the weekend to say that a raccoon was caught in the trap, there was no response. When we finally spoke Monday morning, Sidd disrespectfully raised his voice over mine several times and criticized me for texting and calling him on the weekend when he does not work. I found Sidd to be abrasive and disrespectful. He even hung up the phone on me. He did come to free the raccoon on Monday morning, and he came to release the first squirrel. When the second squirrel died inside the trap, I called to ask him to please remove the traps and clean up all of the corn kernels left on the ground to trap the rooster, since the traps were obviously not catching the rooster. He came to remove everything, but left the mess of the corn kernels on my ground. I do not understand why he said that his worker would run fast and could catch a rooster if I gave him $200, when he simply placed raccoon traps that I could have bought at Home Depot for $30. I feel that I was taken advantage of as he was unable to resolve my problem and promised to do so.
