The technician arrived on time, explained everything he was doing and what to expect. The technician was very thorough, even sprayed in the adjacent area, just in case.

My issue was bees in my cellar. I was given an appointment in two days. The office alerted me that the technician's arrival would be delayed by one hour. Chris, the "bee man" was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. His explanations were easily understood and he fully answered my questions. He also advised me to not allow my cat to come in contact or eat the treated bees that still could be found in the cellar. I would recommend your company without hesitation

Customer service is top notch: EcoTech is always very responsive to our needs, customizing a solution that works best for our home. It's also nice they--from the main office to the techs out in the field--provide a human touch/voice to my queries and requests rather than relying on automated systems and webforms.

Helped solve our carpenter bee problem!!

Top notch, look no further. Took care of a fruit fly infestation at our house and told us what needed to be done to avoid the situation from happening again. Chris was aces--super respectful, knowledgeable & sympathetic to our problem. Vanessa was terrific throughout the process. Just decent, honest, hard working people, wonderful to deal with- support local & you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend & plan on using for future needs.

WOW!!! We had a crazy flea infestation, Chris arrived at our home ready to solve our problem. He bagged up all of our items to be washed, over turned mattresses, and even left traps to come back and check on next week. I have never had to call an exterminator before but KUDOS!!! to the team at EcoTech, they are wonderful. Even the gentleman I scheduled the service with on the phone was terrific. I HIGHLY recommend their services! Thank you but I hope to never have to call you again. For anyone that needs help, call them, they are excellent!!!
