Great staff!

I came home to find a $108 bill wedged in my front door from Jock Pest Control. I called and tried to explain to the woman that answered that there must have been a mistake because I never called and requested their service. Jeff then cut into the conversation and said, "You didn't want us to spray for bees?" I told him no (since I don't have a bee problem) to which he responded, "Throw away the bill and I'll just charge you double next time." And then, being the "professional" that he is, hung up on me. No need to worry about a next time.
