Dan was very prompt in scheduling my home inspection. He was extremely thorough and detailed with his report allowing me to clearly see any defects or repairs needed. Being a first time home buyer it is a stressful experience but with the detail and knowledge Dan provided it put me greatly at ease! 5+ stars and highly recommend his services!

So I got my house inspected in 2018 before purchasing. Report states the roof had 1 single shingle out of place. When I went over the report with Dan, our conversation did not highlight anything about the roof, when I was very specific it was one of my main concerns when buying my first house. Fast forward to 2019. Shingles start to fall off. Well my roof wasn’t installed correctly, which according to my roofer you could tell almost immediately by looking at it. 9k later I have a new roof, which is a huge bill I should never have had to deal with when the inspection states the roof has a single loose shingle. This guy clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing if he couldn’t tell an entire roof was basically about to fall apart. The entire roof was installed incorrectly, and this inspector clearly missed that. The roof should have been marked defective. Do not use this service. Edit: just for clarification I did verify the website/phone number/address and everything for this business matched the one on my receipt before posting my review and comments. This business can be frustrated with my review just like I’m frustrated about my roof bill.
