The wildlife were taken care of from under the porch, then a permanent fix was installed to deter newcomers. Very professional and knowledgeable. Reasonable price too. Thank you!

We had a bird trapped in our fireplace and called Upstate Wildlife Control and Rescue for help. They responded quickly, were professional, and handled the situation with great care. Tom safely removed the bird and took the time to explain what had happened and how we could help prevent it from occurring again. Tom Warner made an emergency call to my home. He was polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I appreciated his expertise and thorough inspection and plan to help me. Called Tom early this morning after a bird was heard chirping in the vicinity of the dryer. He was prompt and very helpful. Tom removed the starling from the dry vent! He also came back later and replaced the dryer vent hood to ensure we don’t have a repeat visitor! I would highly recommend him.

My neighbor told me he saw squirrels and birds going in and out of my gable vent, so I had a company come out to take a look. They claimed my gable screens were damaged and that I had a hole in my dormer—then quoted me $1,800 and pushed additional services like fogging. It didn’t sit right. Tom came out for a second opinion and within minutes confirmed the gable screens were fully intact and there was no hole at all. He was friendly, honest, and didn’t try to upsell anything. Really appreciate the professionalism and integrity. Tom saved me a ton of money. Highly recommend.

I had a turkey pacing in my backyard for hours and I had no idea what to do, so I called upstate New York wildlife control. A guy came out within 20 minutes to remove the turkey safely out of the yard. I’ll now know who to call!!

Quick and professional, called on Tuesday of a holiday week and he was able to come right out and help me. Great guy, I would definitely recommend.

Literally the best! Called for the removal of a bat we found in the basement, he came out literally within the hour and got it taken care of for us! Took him about 2 minutes and he was in and out! Quickest service ever, kind gentlemen, wonderful service!

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Tom goes above and beyond. He was able to come remove the bat in our fireplace at 12 am, even after finishing his shift volunteering as a firefighter! Provided awesome education on bats too. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Tom is incredible. I woke up with a bat flying around my house at 5am and called Tom immediately. He called me back ASAP and was at my house and removed the bat by 8am. Tom helped us trap 3 woodchucks this Spring with a 4th observed. He came each day as we trapped all 3. His team helped install the "spikes" to help ward off future invasions, with our deterrent spray will help as well as possible. Will use this business in the future if needed and will recommend to others if needed.

Tom answered the phone immediately on a Friday morning when I woke up to find out we had a skunk problem. He was at our house three hours later removing the skunk. Thank you so much, Tom! You made the job look so easy and worth the extra unexpected expense!

Could not recommend this company more! Came out promptly when we discovered a mama raccoon and her babies living in our attic. He set a trap and came back to collect mama and went into the attic to find the babies. Wonderful service and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about wildlife! Gave us all sorts of tips for other wildlife issues we encounter…mice, groundhogs, snakes etc!
