I have been a loyal Bee and Spider free customer free customer for several years now. From the first time I called them with an urgent concern related to an aggressive wasp nest over the entry door to our house they have been fantastic. For that first issue they came promptly to fix the issue and have ALWAYS returned my calls in a timely manner. They guarantee their services and on the rare occasion that the spraying does not work to completely eradicate the pests they return quickly at no extra charge. I now do the preventive spraying every spring. That gives me the peace of mind knowing that the likelihood I will need support will decrease and the satisfaction that if I do need something they will respond quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, professionalism and support I have received over the years. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for help with pest control!

Always a great experience and relief to have our house sprayed. The customer service is exceptional. They are prompt, polite and professional. After the spray if you have additional areas of your home that may need attention , they will address it promptly. They are are our go to spring and fall for the past 5 years.

Absolutely an amazing experience. I would highly recommend. The tech was friendly and did a wonderful job. They removed a large wasp nest in our shed and sprayed the house and the shed. It's been about a week and a half, and I truly have not seen any more spiders around the house, nor have the wasps returned to the shed. I am so very grateful for the help. We had a bee problem that was stressful and overwhelming, but they came out quickly, were incredibly kind and professional, and handled everything with care. They explained the process, dusted the bees, and the problem was solved right away. Not only was the service thorough and effective, but it was also very cost-efficient compared to other options we looked at. I have never had a problem with BeeSpider Free. They are prompt. They have excellent communication about scheduling,arrival times, and call backs. The young men who They employ to spray are very personable and efficient. 3x over the past few years I have had to have them come back to spit spray for bees or spiders.
