Hello Pest was easy to work with and responded fast. They quickly sent out Joe who did a great job, completely eliminated our issue and was polite and efficient while doing so. If I ever have another issue with pests they will be the first company I will call.

Stay away from this company, very poor service. We paid over $100 a month and repeating issues of pest control and rats. You call to a center that can’t even schedule an appointment and all they have to say is that they “are extremely busy.” I thought they are supposed to have either the capacity to handle their customers or not taking customer, their money and leave them without the service. If you want to get pest control service just stay away from this company. The result of not being responsive is that we had to spend a lot of money on other solutions from Home Depot and Amazon and we now have rats and mice in our house without any treatment from these guys. I’m still waiting for the owner to call me back…but they are extremely busy.
