They don't deserve even 1 star. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided to my property. On multiple occasions, the incorrect service has been performed. Appointments have been scheduled without adequate notice. There have been instances where my tenants were either not informed, not at home, or did not observe an Orkin technician onsite(we have 24*7 cameras, where Orkin pro was not seen on that day).
