If I could give negative 0 stars I would. This is the worst pest control company I've ever experienced. There are many reasons why you should NEVER do business with them. 1. They are only available on weekdays, so you will need to request time off from work to receive their service. It is usually a 5 hr window, make sure you have nothing to do between 8am-5pm because they will most likely show up the minute you leave your apartment. 2. Service consists of cheap bug repellant spray, placing glue traps and poision pockets in kitchen area, and providing me with glue traps to place in areas myself (I am not an exterminator). A year later and I still have mice. 3. Ive had a mice issue for a year, which I explained to them during every visit, and not once did they recommened me to their "intensive" service to address the root of the problem. 4. Landlords often choose them because it's a cheaper option and the service shows. 5. I doubt they have licensed professionals. Ive never received any in depth knowledge from them about how to prevent infestations. During the visits, the exterminators will ask "do you have any (mice) activity?" I say yes, then nothing happens! 6. Overall TERRIBLE experience. Please NEVER do business with them if you have an option.

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but I feel it’s important to speak up when another company crosses the line. I recently completed a bed bug job where the customer was happy with my work — I have a long-standing reputation and maintain a 5.0 rating across platforms. Shortly after, this company showed up uninvited and began undermining my work by telling the client that I needed to retrain my technicians. In my opinion, this wasn’t just unprofessional — it was a deliberate attempt to discredit a competitor to gain business. From what I’ve seen, this company often uses tactics like bad-mouthing others instead of letting their work speak for itself. That kind of approach says a lot about their business ethics. I strongly encourage anyone considering them to look carefully at their reviews, their results, and the way they treat others in the industry. Respect and integrity matter — and unfortunately, I didn’t see that here. Aside from that they used the cheapest chemicals that bed bugs are already resistant to so stay away from this scrupulous scam company

Two treatments and still have pests. Couldn't arrive within the 5 hour window for treatment #3. Waste of a day and still have bugs.

Only available during work hours, so I've used PTO a few times with no results. Still have rodents.

Call them If your looking for an exterminator with a tank full of water. Extremely poor quality when it comes to customer service. Their technicians are some of the worst I have ever encountered.

Believe the one star reviews when they say they do not come when scheduled. My building is scheduled the first and third monday of each month, I am home every monday and since may they have NEVER knocked on my door. I had to file a complaint with the city to finally get them to come to my unit. An exterminator was just in my building and when on my floor I opened my door and asked if he could come in and treat my unit. He denied service. The worst exterminator service in NYC. Look elsewhere.

I strongly recommend reading the one-star reviews before making a decision about this company. The way they handle appointments is quite frustrating. They provided the appointment time as a five-hour window the day before the day of appointment (the customer service said they couldn't give me the time when i scheduled it), which is pretty inconvenient . Even with this window, I experienced an issue where the exterminator arrived late with no notice. They are so disrespectful of your time.

This is one of the worst pest control companies Ive ever dealt with. They never show up when they are scheduled to come and if/when they do they do not let you know they are there to service your buildng. The exterminator has been seen on camera several times wandering around and leaves. No attempt to ring any doorbells makes absolutely no sense to come during the week at 1pm when people have jobs. I do not recommend this business at all! go elsewhere!!!!

Best exterminators in NYC! Weber Realty has multiple contracts with GPS and they are always reliable, reasonable and effective.

This company is ridiculous. First time I have an appointment made, they don't show up but say they did. The second time they give me a huge range of time, basically a whole day and they do show up. The exterminator was great and says he'll be back one week from now. They never confirm the appointment. One week rolls around, I called them when they open to see if they're coming or not, they say they'll come between 10-3am. Well turns out they showed up at 9:11am the exact time I wasn't home (I was back within ten minutes of that time). When I asked to schedule a new one, they said they can't until 24 hours from now? Why, who knows. Now who knows when they'll show up for there next appointment. The amount of hoops they're having me jump through is ridiculous.

I couldn't be more pleased with their services! The team is highly responsive and always goes above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedule. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate their attention to detail and the thorough reporting they provide. They have effectively managed to keep all of our properties free of pests and I highly recommend them to any property management company looking for exceptional pest control services."

Extremely unprofessional. Called on a Thursday exactly 2:10pm to make an appointment for the following week only to get a VM that I’ve reached them outside of regular working hours and for me “to call during normal work hours” and that they were closed to leave a message. An Obviously extremely immature girl called back who would not give her name or allow me to speak with a supervisor and ignored my request for an appointment. In fact never offered an appointment but asked to have my property management company call back. I OWN THE BUILDING, Why would I ask my employee to call back? If this is the type of service they offer then I would stronger encourage everyone to stay away. Completely ridiculous An update. After my review, some person claiming to be a supervisor called back to make an appointment. The appoint was made for Tuesday at 10am. NO ONE SHOWED. I called to find out what happened only to have some other very immature young lady ignorantly try to explain why their technician said was here but left. To my amazement I asked for a description of my place and learned they were never in the area at all. This woman claimed they usually only deal with property managers. I ended up giving her the definition of property manager and hung up. Another so-called supervisor called back. Said he reviewed the call (I wasn’t told the call was being recorded) Said the young lady no longer works for them. I tested this and found it was a lie. Please if and when you come across this incompetent company, turn away and run. Anybody is better than this.

This company is a joke There technician fill up his container with Half water and started spraying it around my kitchen..🤬🤬

Extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Very pleased.

They told me they were going to spray poison into the walls and I should leave. When I came back there were 12 holes drilled Into my walls with shoddy workmanship of slapping on plaster all over it. We now have to resand/repaint the walls. They also only covered holes where I said I saw holes or mice. They did no proactive work to find and cover holes. They also left paint/dust all over the floors and pieces of the steel wool to cover the holes everywhere. They had NO care for my home.

Poor customer service. There is a 5 hour waiting time for appointments with no specific time of arrival for the technician to service your home, for example they will tell you that your appointment time is 10am- 4pm, so you are waiting the entire day for the exterminator to show up during that period. The service does not work despite their guarantee.

I wish I could give this company a big zero. They should really go out of business. They are run by people who have no idea what customer service is, all they talk about is "moving forward it already happened". They are never on time, they have lazy technicians that do not know what their doing, they are just awful. They never want to accept fault for not doing what they are suppose to do. It makes no sense how you can confirm an appointment time and then the technician comes early and just because you don't get me by phone he ends up leaving. Their dumb as hell, they give you 5 hour wait times which they DO NOT meet, and i WOULD NEVER recommend this company to even my worst enemy.

Terrible company. They expect that people are sitting around and have nothing better to do. They do not show up during the hours they say they will. They showed up 2 hours later than the time they confirmed. When I was called to confirm the time two days earlier, I was told I was first job of the day. Come the scheduled day and they show up at 3pm, when I was told they would be here at 8am. When I called to complain, the answer I was given was that they had to deal with other clients who were deemed more urgent. My problem when I tried to get them to come two weeks prior was not emergency enough of them and therefore they took two weeks to get the rats living in my bedroom out. The customer service is also terrible. Do not use them, they are a terrible company, seek a different company. If this is the company contracted by your landlord, find a better one and send the bill to you landlord.
