We recently tore down a dilapidated building which unknowingly brought carpenter ants into our home. We noticed wood shavings falling from the ceiling, specifically from our structure logs. It was highly concerning! Thankfully C&D had availability to fit us in and our technician, Ben, was knowledgeable and personable. The impact of the ant treatment was significantly noticeable within days, with considerable less wood shavings. We will certainly join their maintenance program going forward to avoid any future carpenter ant problems.

Have been customers for 3 or 4 years and the operation has been pretty loosey-goosey from the start. This year has easily been the worst as the concept of customer service has been completely discarded. They may be the only game in town but I'd rather take care of the problem on my own than to continue to tolerate this nonsense.
