We have used Bug Off Pest Control for several years now. They are competent and reasonably priced for spraying inside and outside of our house.

We have used Bug Off Pest Control for the past several months and will continue to use them exclusively. They are incredibly accommodating, extremely quick at dealing with our bug problems and very very clean. They have dealt with our spider issues, and recently, an infestation of flies and wasps. The office staff is professional and courteous. They always seem to make me feel as though I’m a high priority. I would highly highly recommend them!!!

Yearly schedule is nice and flexibility with that schedule is great. Had to reschedule appt and they were very accommodating. They arrived when scheduled...they are reliable and dependable.

Always show up on time if not early. Extremely fair price for the work done. No short cuts. If anything they do a little extra sometimes because it needs to be done and wasn't a thought to me as a client. Highly recommend!!! I've been a client for over 5 years.

I love Bug Off Pest Control. Everyone is cordial and friendly. The ladies in the office always have the answers and work with your scheduling. My house is loved by wasps and I am severely allergic to them, so I have to be sprayed. But, I do have to comment on Allen who sprayed my home and refilled the mouse rocks this week. I had explained to the scheduler that I just had my windows cleaned and Allan was to come out the next day. She told me not to worry, they have a fine, targeted spray nozzle that can be used to avoid spraying the windows. When Allen arrived I mentioned the window cleaning and he told me the ladies in the office had already told him. He said he always tries his best to avoid spraying the window and not to worry. His work was perfect! He was very detailed and thorough and friendly. And, no window overspray. Very professional in every way. Totally pleased with not only the ladies in the office, the company but especially Allen. Thank you Bug Off Team for taking care of my home and keeping it critter free!

Tree side of business never came out like they were supposed to. Did not return calls. Tried to get bug spray side of business to help but still couldn't get anyone to respond. Called a couple times and tried to get manager to call me and he never did. Canceled all services with their company and nobody ever reached out to try to resolve the issue. Pretty bad customer service from a local company.

No call back called for tree service and no call back after a week

Are used this Company two weeks ago they sprayed my house inside and out claiming they guarantee their work and I got bit by a hobo spider this last Friday they do not guarantee their work!I they claim they do but they don’t! I spoke to Connor the manager and he completely lied and was not willing to come back out and re-spray!!!! He was totally rude and unreasonable!!they literally told me when I called them to use spider spray called home defense or get the sticky spider traps basically admitting that the product doesn’t work!!! I paid $85, when I could literally get a gallon of home defense that they recommended for $15!

DO NOT USE THIS company!! BEWARE they DO NOT guarantee their work! My mom paid for a one time spray and was bit by a spider that sent her to the doctor. She called them to ask for a re spray and they told her no. They said they don’t guarantee their work unless it’s on a regular service. Conner the manager kept blowing her off when she called and wouldn’t call her back To deal with it. They are completely unprofessional.

These folks don’t offer a free consultation/analysis as all others do. AFTER they came to my house I received a TOTALLY surprising invoice. To never mention it in advance & then drop the little bomb is both unethical and greedy. In other situations companies apply the assessment toward the work performed. The only person to whom I’d recommend is my ex husband whom I despise. Call someone else!!
