Found a couple bed bugs whilst cleaning on Saturday, called around and got a call back from the company within a couple of hours. I was extremely upset and the gal I spoke with was amazing, caring and got us in for Monday right away. The person that came to do the spraying was communicative and kind. Spent about 15 minutes after he was done on the phone with me answering my millions of questions. They did a really wonderful job, and definitely eased my concerns in a situation I hope I NEVER have to deal with again!

We called to get the report from Bed Bugs of Montana because they treated the apartment after we justed lived there for 8 days. They were rude to me until I told them I just moved in. I asked for a email report as this is my rental and they denied and said because I wasn't there customer I could not have the paperwork. Unprofessional and rude to a renter that is allergic to bed bugs and still have scars with pictures. I have proof and it sucks to be a victim and to be treated like this from a company that should be profesonal and have compasson for a person that got bit. I am still dealing with the ripple effect of this thanks for nothing.

We apologize if you thought we were being rude. You were being quite loud on the phone with us and we were just trying to understand who you were and what the situation was, to see how we could help. Once we understood the situation, we explained to you that we only share documents with our actual customers, which in your case, is your landlord. We told you to reach out to him to obtain any information that he feels comfortable sharing with you.

We were very pleased with our experience with Bed Bug Solutions. They quickly responded to our call and even came out on a weekend to address our concerns. We thought we may have bed bugs and were ready to pay for a treatment. However BBS inspected our home and took the time to assure us we did not have a bed bug problem. We appreciate their integrity and not selling us a treatment we weren’t needing. This is a company you can trust to do the right thing.

I recently had the misfortune of having to find an extermination company in Helena for a Bed Bug infestation. I found this company on google, and found their website to be very professional. I contacted them, and had them treat my unit. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone dealing with an infestation. From the office staff to the techs completing the work, I give them 5 stars for all aspects of service. They are friendly, empathetic, clean, professional, highly knowledgeable, certified, efficient, the list goes on. They maintain that small town feel of friendly service, while still maintaining a highly professional standard.
