Cannot recommend Sadie and Pest-1 enough! She got back to me right away, got me on the schedule for the same week, and went above and beyond in the extermination to prevent the wasps from returning. She is truly delightful, and gets the job done!

Billy at Pest One is always on top of things. He’s been spraying my honey locust trees with dormant oil every year for years now. He’s extremely professional and he knows his stuff. I highly recommend Pest One’s tree services.

Sadie is amazing! Such a hard worker and kind. I called her in December after I saw 6 mice in one morning! We were infested. She not only was empathetic and sweet; she is a hard worker who responded right away. All of our mice were gone in a few days, and she eased my mind. I got back the security of my home being rodent free. She sealed up all the spaces where they get in, sprayed and trapped them all. I have not seen one in months! I highly recommend this company.

I never thought a visit from Pest control could be pleasant, but when Sadie came to help us with a mouse problem in my car, we actually had fun! She was so cheerful, great with our kids, and made me feel so much better. Once we found the mice she hid them behind her back and then took them to the trash in her car so I wouldn’t have to see them as I’m terrified of mice. I’ll be calling Pest 1 any time we have any other pest problem!

I called Billy for a wasp problem in my yard and he was there that day to consult with me on it. Came back right away and sprayed for them and now—no more wasps! Couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Billy at Pest 1 sprayed my trees this spring and for the first time in years my colorado spruce did not suffer from weevil infestation. very happy with the results. will use again next year.

Pest 1 is amazing! Sadie came out a few days after I reached out about our spider problem. She was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions about chemicals as this was the first time I had sprayed indoors, and even put some glue boards down to catch spiders that ran away from the treatment. The cost was extremely reasonable as well. Just an all around great experience!

We were very pleased with the service provided. We had a wasp nest and called late in the afternoon and they went out of their way after hours to come and deal with our wasps.

We found Pest 1 through another service provider who recommended them. Sadie is amazing.! She took care of a hornets nest in our second story bath exhaust vent. She extermated hornets, replaced the broken vent cover and lured the remaining pests away from the house. Her communication was quick and thorough, she arrived on time and she knows her craft. We highly recommend Pest 1 and anticipate using them in the future for tree care as well as pest control.

Sadie was amazing!! I couldn’t believe how quickly she was able to come out and take care of a wasp problem (literally same-day service!) and she was so nice and efficient and helpful. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Pest 1 is amazing and very personal to your needs they have come out to my house multiple times to spray for spiders. She got in every book and cranny of my house inside and outside. It also took care of our ant problem we were having. These guys went above and beyond for us even taking down a nasty hornets nest from one of our trees. Highly recommended 👌

Wow! Sadie was amazing!! So friendly and took her time to do the job right!! She had great information for us and even came back to put up a bee bag for extra measures to make sure she got them all!! This company was one of few that would service our area and she was able to come out within an hour or less! We contacted Sadie and Billy after we noticed a large web in one of our tress and Sadie immediately identified it as Western Tent Caterpillars and they were able to quickly take care of the issue. Billy is amazing! He is knowledgeable, prompt, provides excellent service, and is an all-around good guy. I’ve been using him for several years for tree health and I highly recommend him.

I had dying spruce trees that I had been trying to fertilize and Dr. back to health myself for 2 years, yet I saw zero improvement. I called Pest 1 and Billy came out and knew immediately what to do. After spraying for weevil and a deep root feeding my trees looked infinitely better. A year later and you would never have known they were unwell. SO much cheaper than ripping these out and replanting. See the before and after pictures... A remarkable result. Billy and Sadie are the perfect team. Whether it's dealing mice or weevil, they know how to help. Responsive, knowledgeable, & kind. I have nothing but the highest remarks for them.

This winter had caused a bad run of voles. Called Pest 1 and they immediately deployed their team. Amazing service. Great people. Awaiting the results but confident I'll get my grass back.
