Termites decided to move into our bathroom cabinets. Aloha has a fumigation facility and hopefully the Termites have been terminated. Staff at Aloha did everything on time as promised at quoted price. Couldn't ask for anything more.

First off I've dealt with this company for many years when they were smaller they were more amiable and their pricing was more competitive The people are very friendly the technicians the office workers but to be honest they're a bit overpriced that's because they've expanded to the other islands and grown their business and they have higher overhead I would assume and higher profit margins I mean a company like this if they've expanded means that they have better purchasing power for their products at greater discounts unfortunately it's not passed on to the consumer when I had my businesses and I had established customers for years I always took them into consideration their loyalty their prompt payments and they always gave them extras a discount some extra work on the house something pleasantly unexpected to keep them coming back and show that I appreciated them I find it blatant and a bit put off when they send you a thing and they say oh we're erasing our rates 10% irregardless no discussion nothing like oh you know we're going to give you a one-time break you want to stay in business especially at these hard times you have to be more malleable with your customers especially the ones that have been with you for years because without them you'd have no business they make your business they allow you to be in business they allow you to pay your salaries to your employees and your profits you should keep that in mind Aloha one business person to another thank you
