We subscribe to a monthly service for pest control, this time our service provider who came to the house was named Walter (from Kailua) He had already completed our spraying as we got home and he was quick to greet us and ask us if we needed anything else. My husband asked if Walter could please go back and spray our enclosed lanai and he cheerfully said yes. He was so friendly and provided amazing customer service. He went over and above to make sure he covered all our areas of concern. Before he left, he even gave us a couple of ant traps and started taking down the spiderwebs in our front yard. Mahalo Walter for your friendly smile and your awesome customer service. Your company is lucky to have you!!

I can honestly say this company is very efficient and accurate on their bug treatment plans, I was blessed with Lyle.. and besides him gifting my dog some treats, he walked me through the process and made sure I understood what happens next but also gave me the reassurance that if the treatment don’t work to not hesitate and call. I give this company 5 star review. For the work performance, the efficiency, the amazing customer service. (Lyle absolutely loved my dog) :)
